The Space

Shorter stays available if we have a window between guests. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, we are in the air traveling. New renovation in this complex...and you hear no Alii Drive road noise from this condo; close enough to be convenient, but far enough to have peace and quiet in this mature and more adult complex. This amazing ocean view penthouse condo in an oceanfront complex is completely remodeled from top to bottom. It has the largest chef's kitchen in the complex, new appliances and cabinets, tile floors throughout, walk-in tiled shower with etched glass panel, new bathroom, expanded bedroom with a queen size bed, decorator items from southeast Asia and much more. This complex is one of the best maintained with the nicest landscaping among any complexes along Alii Drive. We have the best staff and you will enjoy staying here.


Price shown does not include Excise and Transient Taxes and management fee. Special rates for longer stays, short windows between guests and last minute specials.

Ironman Triathlon event dates require 2 week minimum stay...or if we have a short window between guests, we waive that requirement. Ask us.

*Aero bed also available for 1 or 2 additional persons at $5/per night per person. If used, it must be deflated and replaced in the box in the closet to get 100% of your deposit back.

Getting Around

yes - We also have the trolley bus in front of the complex every hour except during Ironman from the Sheraton Hotel to the pier and shopping center by Target, Sports Authority and Ross. We suggest a rental car at least for part of your stay if you want to scout around the island. Taxi's are available as well.

Located in the condo. Everything is very basic and standard rules apply as with any condo rental. Mutual respect of neighbors and other guests as you would your neighbors at home. We will send you the directions and additional information prior to your reservation date. We also have many reviews from past guests that we would be happy to share.
