  • We have been in the Philippines since 01,02,2014 - 10,02,2014 year. Robert met us and escorted all 10 days. Thanks a lot to him and his family for their kindness and tenderness . It is a lovely, intelligent people with them very interesting to talk to . Thanks to Robert , we saw all the beautiful places in the city of Baguio and even went swimming in the sea . He helped us in all matters that arose in us during your stay in the Philippines.
The apartment we rented , clean, comfortable , spacious . There is a kitchen , which is very important . In Baguio gets dark early and ride in the dark in a taxi in the city, look for a cafe or restaurant where you can have lunch after a busy day does not want. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, which is very convenient . One of the bedrooms with 2 bunk beds , for those who come with children. The balcony offers a magnificent view , you can rest and relax . The house is located a 20-minute drive from downtown. For those who want to relax in the evening and at night - is ideal. In Baguio City, a lot of roosters and dogs. They are very loud and shout in unison most of the night . Well, the house is tucked away - this great chorus is not very prevents to sleep . There is Wi fi , but very slow and the last day is not working. Outlet is not the euro, but Robert, at our request, brought an adapter. The apartment has a TV and a refrigerator . Warm water is constant. The toilet is clean.

    Important!
Anyone who rents an apartment in the Philippines, be sure to find out in advance - whether in the apartment all the necessary amenities: towels, soap, toilet paper, extra sheets under blankets, heater or extra blankets and other necessities for living things.

  • Robert was a very good host. He responded to our email queries within a few hours. Looking for the place was not a problem since he met up with us and guided us towards his place. He even gave tips on short cuts and the best time to leave Baguio to avoid traffic.

  • We stayed in the unit for 3days and 2nights. The place is cozy enough for our family. Our 2kids really enjoy the breath-taking view in the veranda. The place is not that near the city but exactly what we wanted. I personally love the Veranda for i can easily check on my kids playing their RC car in the parking area. The place is spacious for a family of 4. :)

  • Robert and his wife were extremely helpful and kind, and responded promptly to requests at the start of our stay. Four of the windows in the apartment would not close, making it a bit noisy and cold. They had someone out the following day to get them closed, and to install wifi. They also brought toilet paper, which the apartment didn't have. Those things were very good. But overall the apartment wasn't well looked-after. That they didn't know they had windows which were warped and wouldn't shut is a good way to describe how we felt there - that they didn't seem to spend enough time in the apartment to notice things that were wrong. We didn't mention to them that the faucet in the bathroom sink dangled into the sink, only held on by the hose underneath. We aren't sure if they are aware of that or not. It wasn't very clean and it felt dilapidated. It's pretty far from the center of town, which wasn't a big deal for us since we had a car. It would have been difficult without a car.

I'm sorry to leave a negative review because Robert and his wife were so kind and attentive. They gave us great restaurant recommendations, helped us navigate the city, and went out of their way to make us comfortable in those areas we made them aware of. I think if they spent a weekend in the apartment themselves, they would work to make it much more comfortable.

  • Me and my husband with our 2 kids stayed at the Labos' condo and may i say it was great. Robert met up with us with his lovely daughter and guided us to the condo. It was located a short distance away from the bustling city and was so tranquil. The place was clean, and spacious. The view even on a foggy or rainy day was amazing! Imagine waking up to a cool temperature and having coffee on their balcony overlooking a majestic view! Breathtaking!
We would surely love to stay again someday. Thank you to Robert and his family for having us! :D

  • The condo was clean and of a reasonable standard for the price. The View is amazing and its so peaceful and quiet.. The hosts were wonderful they could not do enough for us. They met us upon arrival and had bought fresh bread and milk for our arrival. They gave us all the advice we needed about where to go in Baguio and what to do and see. Overall a wonderful experience staying here and we will definately be staying here again.
