The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center just behind Piazza Navona and a few minutes walking distance from the Pantheon, Piazza Farnese and Campo dei Fiori. The Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are about 10 minutes walking.
This charming apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) of a splendid restored 14th century building.
It is elegantly and tastefully furnished, its wood beamed ceiling and parquet floor complete its beauty and warmth.
There is a living-room which has 2 white sofas and an olive wood secretaire. There are two tall windows that allow plenty of natural light into the room and are facing a delightful internal courtyard filled with flowers. One of them is a door/window that allows you to step outside on the balcony of this internal courtyard.
There are bookshelves filled with books and a sitting chair to read overlooking the living-room connected with a few steps.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe, an arm-chair and a small wooden secretaire.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies and has a wooden dining table.
There is a full bathroom tiled with white ceramics and it has a bath-tub with hand shower.
Amenities: telephone, internet wi-fi, LCD TV, DVD, CD player, washing-machine, hair-dryer, iron and ironing cloth.
It was our first airbnb experience and it was great!
We booked the apartment 2 days before our arrival, and we could not ask for more. the apartment was fully equipped.
The location is in the center, 2 minutes walking from piazza navona, near great restaurants and bars, and in a very nice and safe neighborhood.
Stefano welcomed us and was very helpful and nice :-) and even brought us some beverages and snacks for our stay.
Overall great apartment in the best location!

Stefano met us at the apartment on our arrival and was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us with recommendations for local restaurants and grocery stores. There was also a bottle of chianti provided to get us into the right frame of mind for La Dolce Vita! The apartment was very centrally located - a 2 minute walk from Piazza Navona - in a lovely lively neighbourhood near some excellent restaurants, bars and shops. It is located on a side street from Via Coronari, which is where the antique shops are located in Rome. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's on the 2nd floor so there are a few stairs to climb to keep you fit. we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Rome at the beginning of October and would seriously consider returning to this apartment given its location.
This flat was perfect for our 'last minute' cheeky weekend break! We would reccommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, well-located place for a long weekend in Rome.
The flat is exactly as it appears in the pics -- clean and spacious -- and fit the two of us perfectly. Because the flat is flanked by an inner-courtyards on both sides, it benefits from being quiet eventhough there are loads of lovely cafes, restaurants and bars just outside the building.
The host was quick to reply with our informative answers to our queries and everything was exactly as agreed upon. Very easy to do business with!
My parents went on a week vacations on this apt. They had a really good time. a very nice man called Stefano welcomed my parents when they arrived. The apt was clean in the best area possible.
The apartment was situated very central in a calm street only some steps away from the Piazza Santa Maria della Pace and the Piazza Navona. The preorganised transfer from the airport was done very prompt and convenient. At the apartment we were immediately welcomed by Stefano, who was obliging with the heavy luggage. He also explained all the relevant details about the apartment. Additionally he gave us excellent recomendations (restaurants, gelateria, supermarket), which we were more than happy with. The quiet apartment, facing two inner courtyards held enough space for us two, was tidy and comfortable. I only had to get used to the hard matrace (traditionally the beds are softer in Italy). As difference to a hotel our stay was way more relaxed and we had a very more direct access to Rome and its life. We enjoied our stay very much and will definitely keep the one-week-stay in Rome in best memories. Klaus, Germany, Mubich
Great beautiful apartment, roomy, clean, lovely furniture, has everything we needed.
Best location just minutes walk from everywhere and in a very live area, lots of fun places around.
Stefano welcomed us and was very very nice :-)
Thanks! We had the best time!!!!!
