Welcome to the Estate Vineyard, home to Pelletiere Estate Winery—a uniquely charming retreat nestled in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. This lovingly remodeled farmhouse offers the perfect blend of luxury and character. Originally built in the 1890s, the home has been thoughtfully updated to provide modern comfort while preserving the soul and history of its 19th-century architecture. You’ll enjoy the elegance of a fully equipped kitchen outfitted with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal, as well as luxurious linens, fluffy pillows, and artisan-crafted Turkish towels that add a touch of indulgence to your stay.

Every detail has been considered, from sleek, contemporary bathrooms to high-speed WiFi and streaming TV. The home also includes both a Keurig (with starter pods) and a drip coffee maker, along with creamer and sweetener to make your mornings easy. Additional amenities include a gas BBQ with utensils, hair dryers in both bathrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, an iron and ironing board, and even a portable fan for extra comfort. You’ll also discover a hidden garden that feels like a secret escape, as well as a spacious walk-through pantry and mudroom—ideal for storing wine purchases, coolers, bicycles, luggage, or other bulky items.

The home is just seven minutes from downtown Paso Robles, twenty-three minutes from the Pacific Ocean, and less than thirty minutes to San Luis Obispo. This is important- please read!!

The rental is shoeless.

The water is straight from the well and therefore bottled water is required for drinking and making coffee. A gallon will be on the rental to start you off.

There is absolutely NO smoking on our property at all. Non compliance will result in a $500.00 cleaning fee and immediate termination of your stay… Our vineyard is previous and we protect it fiercely and unapologetically.

Please be aware that the site of this property while conveniently located is rural. Our vineyard is a natural habitat for many small animals. We actually encourage natural wildlife for many sustainably practices. We cannot be responsible for any inconveniences this may cause.

This is also a working vineyard/winery property. We make no apologies for tending to our vineyard and making wine on our property. If you’re lucky enough to witness activities consider it a look into our winery lifestyle.

No pets-no exceptions

No children or persons under 25 yrs.

No guests/visitors may be on our property at anytime. We are very strict about this- doing so will result in forfeiting the remainder of your reservation, without a refund.

Hi there!! There’s no place quite like the friendly down-home, authentic feel of Paso Robles. Additionally, the area boasts amazing landscape from rolling hills, dotted with oak trees to stunning vineyards, world class wineries and an incredible restaurant scene. All set in an unpretentious, small town setting. I moved to “Paso” from the Bay Area in 2009 and completely love our community. I’m passionate about my family’s estate vineyard and winery on the westside. I love to share my enthusiasm with all travelers to Paso both in wine and hospitality. Your enjoyment is my priority!!
