Once you enter the house it's completely quiet (soundproof windows). The apartment has HVAC units. Washer/ Dryer in closet, as well as a full bedroom and shared bath.

You are near the Empire State Building and right in the heart of all that NYC has to offer. You have access to the M-34 crosstown bus from which you can catch any train along it's route as well as the 6 train on Park Avenue and 34th St. which is 3 blocks from the house if you want to go to destinations from Grand Central, it’s easy (1 stop on 6 train). Also two blocks from East River with bike and running paths and ferries to many destinations.

Guests have the pleasure of feeling like a family guest. When you enter the front door of the house you walk up to your room.
