A hop and a skip from Prospect Park, our sunny studio is brand spanking new and ready for your visit!
A complete renovation was just completed, including a brand new bathroom and kitchen, fresh walls, and refinished original hardwood floor. There is a queen sized bed and a pullout sofa, a new dishwasher, and internet access. There is a large, very bright, south facing exposure, and a separate entrance on the ground floor of the house.
It's two blocks west/south of Bartel Pritchard Circle--that's the south west entrance of Prospect Park, with a movie theater and many small shops and restaurants. Seventh Avenue, at the other end of our street, also has dozens of restaurants and specialty food and clothing stores. We are two blocks from the F train, and the 7th ave. bus is at the end of our block.
The space is ideal for up to two, but we can accommodate up to four, for monthly, weekly, or shorter term rentals. Please check my calendar for availability, and feel free to be in touch with any questions about your stay. I love the city and welcome the opportunity to show it off to visitors!

The studio is very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for getting to the subway and eating or walking around Brooklyn. The space is best for a couple. Elizabeth was a great host making our stay very enjoyable.
Ditto on all positive feedback from other airbnb members.
The location is fantastic and perfect for getting to know Brooklyn. Local shops, restaurants and friendly BK folks all around!
Elizabeth was very friendly and a fountain of great ideas and suggestions on what to do in the area and in Manhattan. She responded very promptly to email communications and inquires.
Thanks Elizabeth for offering your great studio!
Very nice freshly renovated one bedroom apartment.
The owners living upstairs are very friendly and helpful.
A few steps away from the 7th & 8th avenues cafe and restaurants.
The apartment was great for me. Just the right size, clean and just 2 blocks away from a deli, the subway and Prospect Park. The bed was comfy and I slept really well. The wifi was well used, keeping in touch with home. The shower is awesome! The kitchen facilities meant I saved a huge amount of cash on eating out. The neighbourhood is quiet but with plenty of restaurants and local amenities. Elizabeth was kind enough to give me the number of a local car company to take me to the airport who were reasonably priced. Elizabeth was always available if I needed any help. The only downside is the noise from the house above, as the sound proofing isn't brilliant when the family are home. Overall though I really enjoyed my stay in Brooklyn and would definitely go back there again.
A pleasure dealing with Elizabeth. We rented this apartment for visiting relatives, who found it clean, well-kept, and convenient — they had a very pleasant stay. The first floor location and stall shower are unusual for the neighborhood, and good for older folks visiting from out of town. The block is quiet and convenient to both Park Slope shopping and restaurants and the F train. Highly recommended!
I can only agree with previous guests: Elizabeth is a great host. Always helpful, always cheerful, always very concerned with her guests well being. If you have any questions regarding your stay - what to see, where to eat - don't hesitate to ask. Elizabeth will provide you with numerous tips and ideas!
The apartment is perfect for two, equipped with all the necessities, neat and clean. A little noisy when the whole family is around, but you're not in New York to stay at home, right? The location is great, very close to the F and G subway lines that takes you straight to Manhattan in no time - or, for that matter, to Williamsburg or Coney Island. The neighbourhood feels very safe and beautiful Prospect Park is just around the corner. At the same time though, you've got all the shops, restaurants and cafés at 5th and 7th Avenues just a few blocks away, as well as Cobble Hill and Red Hook within walking distance. Renting this place will help you make the most out of your stay in Brooklyn and New York City.
Elizabeth is the host supreme. She promptly and kindly answered all of my questions and concerns. You are in good hands at Elizabeth's place, which is equipped with all the basics you could need to unwind and even cook. And the location. The apartment is situated on a nice residential block, yet super close to the F train, amazing coffees at Dub Pies, the spectacular Prospect Park, a movie theater, restaurants, a grocery store, and yoga.
Staying at Elizabeth place was great and very cozy . She was a great host . Since we were traveling we packed light when it rained Elizabeth lent us a rain jacket for our daughter . She also provided toys for our young kids to play with . Overall if we needed anything she was just a phone call away . The location is convenient to everything .
The Park Slope Studio was perfect for our needs. It was clean and sunny upon our arrival. The key code locks were easy to use. It was conveniently located, near shops and restaurants in Brooklyn, and close to the subway for trips to Manhattan.
Elizabeth was a great host. She was very friendly and eager for us to have a good experience. She was easy to reach and available to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again.
