Welcome to my home :)
I am currently renting out my beautiful, eclectic top floor flat for short term holiday lets..... It is situated in a highly desirable period block, overlooking Weavers Field park, with stunning views of the City - I guarantee that you'll feel at home here straight away and feel like a real Londoner, not like a tourist!
The photos of the property are all recently taken (although not recently enough to show off the new wood floors!) so you can get an idea of the place - lovely snug living room and comfortable bedroom.....there is free wifi, fresh linen, plenty of hot water, washing machine, and a fully functioning kitchen which you are welcome to use :)
The apartment is very much my home and as such you'll get a warm welcome and enjoy all the comforts and mod cons that you would in your own place. I'm a true Londoner and am happy to share my love of the city with you by recommending many the cool places to visit as all the great places to hunt out in the new cultural and fashion heart of town - the East End!
The apartment consists of one double bedroom (with period furniture and a ridiculously comfortable bed!), living room, bathroom (shower and bath) and ample kitchen, modern furnishings with wooden floors throughout.
There is a double sofa bed available in living room so the flat can accomodate 2 adults comfortably or up to 4 (but snuggly!).
Shops, ATM, restaurants, pubs all within a 5 minute walk - and so you can enjoy exploring as much as I do, I'll leave you maps and a list of recommended local sites, eateries and drinking dens in the flat :)
Fully furnished including towels
Oven and hob
Shower and Bath
Access to off street car parking on request
5th floor flat, no lift in building but the views are absolutely spectacular!
I try to welcome all my guests in person, but if this isn't possible, I have a keysafe which allows more flexibility for guests as they can let themselves in straightaway when they arrive and make themselves at home :)
This apartment is my home, rather than a serviced apartment so it has a relaxed look and feel. Do let me know if you have any questions about the apartment, or about London in general - happy to help out in any way I can!
The apartment is located in the heart of Londons artisan and fashion hub and as such is home to a great mix of boutique shops and galleries, waiting to be discovered and trendy Shoreditch with its bars and vibrant clubs a 15 minute walk....
I love to wander through the local markets and historic Spitalfields market, Columbia Road flower market, Broadway market (a 'mini Borough market') and Petticoat Lane markets are all within 15 mins walk, as well as Spitalfields and Hackney City Farm for the children.
In your spare time enjoy historic East London, haunt of villains like Jack the Ripper and the Krays brothers, as well as the Tower of London and Brick Lane, (10 mins walk). A short tube ride takes you to sights and shopping in Central London, whilst discovering the hidden wonders of Hackney Wick is easy by bus or Boris bike!
My apartment is peacefully located just two minutes walk from Bethnal Green tube on the Central line, 1 min walk from Bethnal Green Mainline train station and 8 mins from to Whitechapel tube station (Overland, Hammersmith and City Line and District Lines) and easy access on tube and bus to Central London and only one stop from the huge Westfield shopping centre at Stratford. Main shops, shops, ATM, restaurants, pubs all within a 2 minute walk.
Check in time is usually flexible, so please ask if you need a different time and I'll do my best to help!
Also extremely close to the City and therefore would suit business travellers.

We were well looked after at Nikki's flat. Things were ideal for us with a clean flat, which was close to amenities.
Nikki was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. She responded immidiately to any questions or concerns and left very clear instructions for her flat.
The flat is very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two people. We had 3 and it was a little tight. Very close to the Tube station and train. Main attractions and sights are just a few stops away on the Tube. The surrounding area is a little rough but the street and housing area this flat is in is very clean and charming and quiet.
If I were to return for a stay in London I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
Nikki is a very friendly and hospitable host! Her apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the tube, supermarkets and shops. The neighbourhood itself is very serene and it makes you feel like you're really staying in London as a local. The check in process was without a hitch and the apartment itself was very neat and homely, especially the kitchen which was well equipped! Nikki even offered to come down personally during our stay to replace a bathroom railing which was broken by one of her previous guests. On the whole a very pleasant experience staying at Nikki's!
PS do check out E Pellici along Bethnal Green when you're there, they serve awesome English breakfast.
We stayed at Nikki's flat for 2 nights while visiting London last week. It was an ideal spot for us! The neighborhood is ethnic and funky, which was exactly what we like. Not in heart of all the touristy things, but those are easily accessible via the tube. The space is a perfect size for two people and the kitchen is surprisingly large. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner at home, which is always a plus while traveling. The apartment is funky around the edges, but again, that suited us perfectly. And the view is amazing! It is up on the 5th floor facing the city, so it was beautiful at both day and night, and because of the park next door, it was whisper quiet. Thanks Nikki!
It was definitely a good choice to stay at Nikki's flat in Bethnal Green. We can truly recommend it. The flat is a bit small for three persons but nevertheless very cosy. Many thanks as well for some good and adaquate informations in advance.
We had a wonderfull time at Nikki's house. Everything was perfect.
The location is great. Nikki is always available to answer your questions.
A true London experience.
Great location near the tube and the Jack the Ripper walk! Oh and tescos express and Iceland. We loved our time in this shabby chic apartment. What a view of the gerkhin! Near the tube and brick lane but alas were there for the wrong time for the shoreditch markets.... Maybe next time! Thanks nikki for always being contactable and helpfull when we needed you.
Great place, peaceful neighborhood. Easy to reach.
Really fab flat, we really enjoyed our short stay. Nikki is super friendly and helpful.
