Interaction with guests
I am often in the main house with my friendly dog. However the apartment is independent and there is enough outdoor havens in the one acre grounds for peaceful privacy.
I happily share my growing knowledge of the area and have a book that is growing based on visitors recommendations. Should we be organising something you will be more than welcome to join in.

Eating and shopping both need a little planning - I suggest that you shop or reserve a restaurant beforehand since Camplong is a small village with grocery shop open in the mornings and two restaurants that prefer reservations : «Café Joucla» or La Roulhotte.
Meals can be arranged at the house, usually vegetarian and organic local produce.
Cecile runs the grocery and is also extremely helpful.
The nearest supermarket is La Tour sur Orbe ten minutes by car.
I speak fluent English and French and am happy to try to answer questions.
no smoking indoors - laughter encouraged everywhere
