Special note about service / ESA animals: The HOA for this property does not allow guests to bring animals (other than Humans). While Service Animals are excluded from this limitation, ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are not excluded and the HOA does not allow ESAs to be brought to the condo. Airbnb is aware of this limitation and as it is noted here, they will cancel your reservation or allow penalties to be charged if this rule is broken and an ESA animal is discovered in the property. Fines start at $500. I do have other properties that I would happily allow pets or ESAs so please contact me for other alternatives if you have a pet or ESA you would like to bring with you to Park City. Also, this home is not well suited for disability access - there is NO elevator and this condo is on the third floor of the building, with a spiral staircase in the condo leading to the top floor.

This clean and fresh non-smoking top floor condo in Park City is 1,000 square feet and fully furnished for your vacation stay. Remodeled & upgraded, this hotel condo is one of the nicest and largest condos in the Snowcrest complex. The downstairs master bedroom has a log Queen bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, mirrored wardrobe closets, down pillows, 300+ thread count sheets, down comforters. Full bathroom downstairs off the hallway.

The immaculate kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, utensils, appliances, dishwasher and tastefully decorated. The living room has an HD 42" TV above the electric fireplace, Netflix, streaming HD Samsung TV, nd much more! Comfortable leather couch and expandable dining room table to seat 6.

A spiral staircase off the living room brings you upstairs to an inviting loft with two twin beds and an HE washer/Dryer. There is also a full bathroom between the loft and the other full size bedroom with another queen bed and HD TV. An initial supply of paper products and amenities (upgraded L'Occitane hotel toiletries of soap, lotion, shampoo, etc), towels, and all linens are provided for your stay.

*All of our condos are NON-SMOKING *. This complex has a no smoking policy and no smoking is allowed in the condo, balcony, or anywhere on the premises.
Any smoking must be done 25 feet or farther from the complex building. And sorry, no pets allowed in this complex at any time.

Location location location! This home is located directly across the street from the PC base parking lot and an easy walk to 3 lifts (3 kings, First time, Eagle). Please note as well that this condo is on the top floor of a 3 level building and there is no elevator.
