Enjoy a classic Cape Cod experience at our centrally-located cottage. This newly renovated 2 bed / 1 bath is nestled in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood bordering Harwich Conservation Lands filled with scenic walking trails connecting to the CC Rail Trail. Beach goers can enjoy a short 1.5 mile trip to the beach + the hustle and bustle of downtown Harwichport and Dennisport are both seconds away. Tastefully decorated + well-stocked, we promise you'll feel right at home here.

The space
Primary Bedroom: Spacious room with a queen bed, memory foam mattress, clothing storage + an attached work station (closet turned office = cloffice!).

Second Bedroom: This room offers a variety of sleeping arrangements with a full / double bed, twin top bunk & pull-out trundle perfect for littles looking for a fun sleepover! You’ll find two built-in wardrobes for ample storage, reading material, board games & extra floor space perfect for travel cribs (blackout shades available upon request).

Living Room: Cozy seating around a gas fireplace, with additional seating at the built in breakfast bar made from live edge wood and coastal barstools. The smart TV has all the streaming apps you'll need.

Kitchen: A calming and luxe feeling kitchen you'll love to spend time in. Newly renovated with quartz countertops, breakfast nook, coffee + tea stations, extra food storage in the pantry and fresh sage green cabinets stocked with all the essentials. Attached to our brand new deck where you can enjoy meals al fresco on our outdoor dining set.

Bathroom + Laundry Room: Fresh and stocked bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Qtips, cotton balls, aloe vera, steamer, etc. Laundry room is located off the living room with access to detergent so you can keep up with your laundry throughout your stay.

Outdoor Space: Expansive, private and partly fenced-in backyard that includes a newly built deck and dining set, firepit and chairs, propane grill and outdoor shower. Beach toys, chairs & lawn games are stored in the shed!
