Paolo´s hospitality was great. He was allways available for any questions and information. Breakfast was delicious with every morning something different (home-baked quiche, bacon and scrumbled eggs) and strawberries (every morning)

Response from Paolo:
It was a great pleasure to have you 3 as my guests! I am happy that you loved the rooms and the breakfast. I really like to prepare something that is a mix between the typical continental breakfast and the Italian one! hope to have you soon as my guests! Ciao! Paolo

Paolo was great at attending us. I think the pictures don't do much justice since the rooms are better than in pictures. We (five adults) were very comfortable and loved the place very much. The breakfast was served nicely and we enjoyed it very much. There were heaps of food and they were all lovely. Paolo is staying next door so he would be available for us at anytime. Our staying at Paolo's apartment was perfect. Looking forward to coming back again!

Thank you Adlina for such a great review! I know that the pictures are worse than the real... Many people say that! Maybe it's time to take new ones :-) I am really happy that you found the place very nice and that you enjoyed the breakfast served in the mornings! It would be fantastic to host you once again in the future! Ciao! Paolo

We were a group of five staying two nights, and had a good experience overall with the stay. Paolo greeted the three of us who arrived first—we were all arriving at different times—and provided maps with explanations about where to go and how to get there. He was very welcoming and friendly. We chose the place because of the location and weren't disappointed as it was walking distance to many of the sites, and we also found that there were several markets and restaurants just a few steps away which made it really convenient. Our apartment (which is really what it was, since it was self-contained with its own separate entrance) was spacious and Paolo provided twin beds in one of the rooms at our request since there were five of us and no couples. Our section didn't have a kitchen, but an excellent homemade breakfast was provided, and coffee and tea were always available. We ended up staying in the apartment a lot more than we previously planned, and it wasn't just because it was rather rainy that weekend. Paolo also let us leave our bags till quite late on the day we checked out (again, we were all leaving at different times).

We spent four nights at Paolo's apartment and it was really nice to stay there! The apartment is cosy and clean and the neighbourhood nice, near to Villa Borghese. It's about 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station (Repubblica) and Termini and the bus stop is even closer. Paolo was a great and friendly host, preparing delicious breakfasts (tasty and rich, much better than typical breakfasts in hotels). Paolo and Raffaella are both very welcoming persons, providing us a map of Rome and recommending nice restaurants, pizza and gelato places nearby the apartment. Thanks for everything, it was great to be there and even the weather was just perfect during our stay! :)

Paolo was extremely helpful in making the most of my first visit to Rome. The spacious B&B is in a well-located neighborhood.

Paolo's apartment is a very good choice in this neighborhood. Two large and clean rooms. A delicious home-cooked breakfast (better than in a hotel !) served by Paolo. Paolo is a very welcoming host. Highly recommended.
