It is a Bed&Breakfast in my house, where I live with my wife Raffaella and our 5 y.o. son Francesco. Our apartment is quite big (200 Square Meters/2.200 Square Feet) and we will be happy to share it with nice guests. You’d be our unique guests for the whole stay. Your part of the apartment is made up as follows:
- non-smoking bedroom with a king size bed
- non-smoking double or twin bedroom
- private bathroom with shower
The apartment, which has two separate entries, can sleep up to 4/5 people (an additional convertible bed can be provided) and it is very close to Via Veneto, in a very central and safe area. It is 2 minutes far from the bus stop to Vatican area - St. Peter’s Church, Colosseum, etc., 5 minutes from the metro stop (both Line A and Line B) and in a walking distance from Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Venice Square, American Embassy, Rome Opera Theatre, etc.
Termini Railway Station is very close (only 10 minutes by walk, 3 by bus).
Nearby you can find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, laundry services, etc.
Tourist Tax is not included in the price (2 Euros per night per person older than 9, for a maximum of 10 nights).
Paolo's apartment is a very good choice in this neighborhood. Two large and clean rooms. A delicious home-cooked breakfast (better than in a hotel !) served by Paolo. Paolo is a very welcoming host. Highly recommended.
Paolo, It's was nice to stay at your apartment. You are very friendly and helpful! Grazie for breakfast, good tips and for help to discover Rome:)
We spent three nights at Paulo's property. Paulo was a great host: very friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfasts were very good and the apartment very clean. The area was very safe with a friendly buzz and several restaurants. We particularly enjoyed a local restaurant recommended by Paulo serving typically Roman food.
This is the first time to book on Airbna.and this is a happy experience．Because Paulo was friendy and helpful, prepare delicious breakfast for us.The room is very clean and comfortable,It feel like to go home.If our wishes to return to Rome has come ture，we will stay again.
Our family--my husband, our six-year-old, and I--feels extremely lucky to have been hosted by Paolo and his family. Paolo defines the meaning of Italian hospitality, offering us way more than just a place to sleep! (My husband said "if they gave out Nobel prizes for hospitality, Paolo and Rafaella would be contenders! They are generous, have great senses of humor, and welcomed us fully into their home.") Paolo helped us in every way, providing us with a map, restaurant recommendations--including the BEST pizza and gelato recommendations--and even helped us with our malfunctioning cell phones. The apartment is lovely--big windows, comfy beds, very clean and spacious--and in a great location near Villa Borghese, very near the bus stop, and about a 15 min walk from the Termini and 20-25 to the Pantheon and Piazza Novena (and most importantly close to 3 extemely special gelato shops!) We feel that we have made new friends, and can't wait to host them whenever they come to the U.S.
Paulo's place is terrific. The apartment is clean and spacious, and Paulo's family is friendly and helpful. Our kids played with their son, and Paulo gave us super helpful advice about getting around, restaurants, etc. Upon arrival, he emailed us documents with lots of information about everything we needed to know. Cold drinks were available in the fridge when we arrived, which was a great refresher. The breakfast is the best we've had so far in Italy (toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, eggs, bacon, juice, cheese, and much more!). And Paulo even let us borrow a car seat, which we were planning to purchase during our time in Rome -- talk about hospitality! A couple of minor things to keep in mind, though they were not a problem for us: breakfast is just Monday-Friday (but there are plenty of nearby options for breakfast), and the internet connection is turned off from around 12:30am until the morning. Overall, this was a great experience, and we really enjoyed our time in Rome. We highly recommend Paulo's place if you are looking for a more personal experience than a hotel.
Paolo was an amazing host. There were 5 of us and we all were very happy with our stay! He made a lovely breakfast for us every morning, and was extremely helpful with places to visit. The apartment was clean, cute, and cozy, located in an area with a lot to do! I would book with him again!
We had a great stay at Paolo's place! Our family of five felt like we were literally friends and house guests at Paolo's home. Our five year old enjoyed playing with Paolo's son. The location makes access to all of Rome's major sites (either by walking or Metro) pretty easy.
Breakfast was great, all of us felt nourished and ready to start the day! Paolo makes a great cappucino!
