Welcome! Our Wayne Street Cottage has all the charm of a 1930s brick house with fully renovated features. This house is the perfect place if you are looking to take in all that Milledgeville has to offer! Downtown shops and restaurants are an easy walk, just 3 blocks away! Easy walk to Georgia Military College and GCSU! If you enjoy outdoors - walk to the Oconee River Greenway. The house is the perfect central location to get anywhere you need.

This beautifully crafted brick house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the high ceilings, original hard wood floors and beautiful original doors.

This house is very spacious offering large separate living, dining and cooking areas. You and your guests will have plenty of room to spread out and gather comfortably. The kitchen has been fully renovated and is stocked to meet almost any of your cooking needs.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- First bedroomwith queen bed
- Second bedroom with a queen bed
- Third bedroom with a king sized bed.
- An air mattress and a Pack n Play are also available for use.

Need to get some work done while you are here? The third bedroom offers a dedicated work space with and desk and office chair.

Enjoy coffee or cocktail on the very spacious covered front patio! Perfect spot for your guests to gather in the fresh air!
