The entire upper rental unit. Bedroom one has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and a King size bed. There is a bonus juice bar room that has a bar sink and storage cabinets with mini fridge.,3TVs, Three Fireplaces,Two Baths, a parking space on a shared driveway.

Accessibility

To help ensure our home is the right fit for your stay, please note that this apartment is accessed by two short flights of stairs. There is no elevator, so guests should be comfortable using stairs and carrying their luggage.

This accommodation is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

If you have limited mobility, a recent injury, or simply prefer to avoid stairs, please contact me before booking. I’ll be happy to answer any questions and, when available, recommend one of our first-floor accommodations, which may be a better fit for your needs.

Other things to note
This home is only for non-smokers. A cleaning fee of $750 and up will be charged if smoking or vaping is found to have taken place in this home.

As per insurance requirements all guests must provide a government issued identification before checking-in. Only guests in reservation allowed inside.

Please No shoes worn inside.

Windows and doors must be closed during the rain, or/and while AC/Heat in use.

Airports/NYC pickups and Travel Bags Storage, Transportation upon request.

Laundry Options:

• In-house organic full-service laundry: $75 per load. This is a wash, dry, and fold service handled by our cleaning lady— you don’t need to operate any machines. You simply place your laundry in a bag, and we take care of the rest and return it clean and folded.

• Local pickup & delivery full service with regular detergents. Includes sorting, washing, drying, folding:
Apx $25 for a large 10lb bag
 
• There is also a convenient (not busy) laundromat place just around the corner, by the train station if you prefer to handle it yourself
