Other Things to Note
PRICE NOTE: Airbnb has some "conversion problems", with dollars/ euros and Argie pesos, in Argentina, so, please, confirm correct price, directly, with owner, in Airbnb stream, first. Do not be surprised if actual prices are higher those posted here, in Airbnb, in similar BA prps. since Airbnb has made a big mistake.... which many hosts have not noticed... trying to convert dollars to pesos, so, their "official" pesos prices must be suspect and/ or any of their conversions, from dollars, based on that "official" peso rate. Will explain, upon res request. Generally: High season prices (Oct. 15, 2015-Mar. 14, 2016: One pp, only.): Min: 1 wk=$175. One mo=$580US. Max. 2mos= $1100US (550US/mo.). Ladies pref but men are welcome too.
Alma Mia has a full English library, travel books, mags, stereo, music, yoga mats, robes, filtered water, local friends dropping in for fun, now and then and a familial feel, for the discriminating and sensitive traveler.
Crazy, loud parties are NOT ALLOWED, although regular, intimate dinner/cocktail parties, etc. are encouraged and smoking is permitted on the back patio. Each person is responsible for their own cooking/shopping although the flat already has most basic cooking supplies and spices, etc., available to guests. Guests are asked to keep public areas, such as bath and kitchen picked up. The Golden Rule covers most everything else. Guests will be shown how to use appliances, etc., once checked in. A $50US key replacement charge applies, if keys are lost.
