The townhouse is the guest house located on a large private parcel shared with the main house and a small granny flat (located under the main house). We have a pellet stove fireplace in the living room that is complicated to use and can’t be left unattended, so we kindly ask our guests not to use it. Our wall heaters keep the place warm and cozy.

Pet Policy:
We are delighted to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly home! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review the following guidelines:
- Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
- You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring your pets do not disrupt other guests or neighbors.
- If any furnishings, rugs, or other property are damaged by your pet, you will be responsible for replacement costs.
- Our $100 pet fee per stay applies to the first pet. Additional pets are subject to an additional $50 fee per pet, per stay, with a maximum of three pets allowed. Please inform us of any additional pets prior to booking.
