This is the best neighborhood in Boulder. Within walking distance to just about everything. Quiet tree lined streets just two blocks from miles of mountain trails. Chautauqua dining and concert halls (in the park) Easy 15 minute walk to Historic West Pearl with world class restaurants, small boutiques and lively coffee houses. A friend and I visited Boulder to write a paper and hike. Carolanne was efficient with the process of booking and helpful and welcoming during our stay. The house was comfy and had all the things we needed for our short stay. The location was fabulous - a very short drive to Whole Foods and Starbucks (for working) and another very short drive to the trailheads. Definitely recommend Carolanne's place. Cheers.
My friend and I rented both rooms. They are exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and we appreciated the extra touches like the tea pot and tea bags. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Carolanne lent us some rain boots because it was raining and/or snowing for much of our visit. The location is outstanding! We were close to the Boulder Creek pathway, Pearl St and hiking trails. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood which had interesting architecture and pretty gardens. If only we'd seen a little sunshine, it would have been perfect.
I had a great stay at Carolanne's suite in Boulder. She is an experienced host and went out of her way to accommodate any needs that I had. The suite is comfortable and clean. I would recommend Carolanne's suite to anyone visiting Boulder.
I had a fantastic time exploring Boulder on my own due in large part to this great space and the kind & helpful owners. Carolanne stayed in touch with me throughout my stay offering recommendations for where to go and even offering to transport me when I left. I was able to explore the area and really enjoy everything Boulder had to offer with this amazing home base. The closeness to the Flatirons hike was perfect and getting into downtown was incredibly easy. I'm so grateful for the way I knew they were there if I needed them, but didn't feel crowded in any way. I'd recommend this spot to anyone as a launching point and a resting space, and when I return to Boulder I definitely plan on staying there again.
Nice location close to mountain trails and still walkable to centre if you do not mind walking 25-30 minutes. Carolanne brought cookies in the morning which was adorable! house and bed and things are good as well.
I have stayed in this private suite on many occasions. It is my go to spot whenever I visit Boulder. It has everything that I need: perfect bed for sleeping; quiet scenic location close to everything; small kitchenette set up; easy street parking; and functional internet. Carolanne is the perfect host... there if needed but not obtrusive in any way. Highly recommended.
