Guests describe a spotless, cozy home filled with plants and art that feels like home.
Small, humble, strictly utalitarian home, kids friendly. I live in this home when you are not visiting. Two bedrooms, one king-size bed and queen-size, plus toddler bed. Entire kitchen for your use. Includes full-size fridge, oven, and kitchenware. Large TV with Roku. Private one bathroom with bath and shower. Private parking and entire backyard. Not fully fenced. Stray cats around property. Town is a fixer upper.

The space
The house is located on a hill at a cul-de-sac. Adjacent is an athletic center with a small parking lot next to my property. Cars come and go, it's a rather busy street. It is minutes from walking to Main Street, Target, and Marshalls. 20-minute drive to New Haven and Bridgeport. House was built in 1900, with some ORIGINAL pieces still in place. Floor board creak upstairs.

Guest access
You have access to entire house except basement, my sons' bedroom, pantry in kitchen and linen closet. Backyard, kitchen, living room, king size bedroom and attic bedroom are for your use.

Other things to note
There is NO washer/dryer on premises available for your use. NO pets upstairs due to one guest allowing their dog to pee all over the carpets/rugs, everything. Everything is cleaned for the human nose, but if you are a pet owner, you know they will sniff it out and leave a mark, too. No shoes upstairs. You will find personal articles in this home because I live here part time when you are not visiting. Please turn off all lights/AC/Heat when leaving, I don't always come back the same day. Same goes for trash.

The town of Ansonia is very historic, take a walk near the Ansonia Library, check out the Gothic Church of the Assumption, or walk past many historic buildings still left standing. The town is fairly suburban with homes in close proximity.
