Relax at a cozy, welcoming space away from big city life. It is a small, humble, strictly utalitarian home, kids friendly. Home is shared with my family when you are not here. Two bedrooms, one king-size bed and queen-size, plus toddler bed. Entire kitchen for your use. Includes full-size fridge, oven, and kitchenware. Large TV with Roku. Private one bathroom with bath and shower. Private parking and entire backyard. Not fully fenced. Stray cats around property. Town is a fixer upper.

The space
The house is located on a hill at a cul-de-sac. Adjacent is an athletic center with a small parking lot next to my property. Cars come and go, it's a rather busy street. It is minutes from walking to Main Street, Target, and Marshalls. 20-minute drive to New Haven and Bridgeport. House was built in 1900, with some ORIGINAL pieces still in place. Floor board creak upstairs.

Guest access
You have access to entire house except basement, my sons' bedroom, pantry in kitchen and linen closet. Backyard, kitchen, living room, king size bedroom and attic bedroom are for your use.

Other things to note
There is NO washer/dryer on premises available for your use. Floor boards upstairs creak due to the age of the house. 123 years, to be exact. We are right next to a small athletic building with a parking lot. During the day, cars come and go. I share this house to visit my son few times per week. You will find personal articles in this home because I live here part time when you are not visiting. Stray cats on property! They come and go, fed and neutered by local community! Some doors locked to protect MY privacy.
