A sunny two bedroom apartment located five minutes stroll to Bondi beach. Full of plants, with an eclectic, bohemian vibe in the perfect holiday destination. It's a few minutes stroll to the beach.
Welcome to my sun-drenched Bondi Apartment.
Downstairs is the main hub of South Bondi with great cafes, shops and restaurants. The house can sleep up to five.
Bondi is famous as one of the world's most beautiful beaches. You'll experience the best of the long summer, with a laid-back smattering of casual, one-of-a-kind bars, cafes, and restaurants. People move here and say they never want to leave.
Guests have unlimited access to fast wireless broadband internet.
The house comes equipped with some basic swimming, snorkeling and surfing gear (a pair of flippers, a swimmer's snorkel and two new girls wetsuits), and a hairdryer.
Interaction with Guests
Guests can reach me via mobile and email.
Shopping: There are tons of little shops around Bondi that are locally run, as well as a cute local organic and conventional grocers.
Location: You can walk to either of the two beaches close-by in minutes. Bondi beach is the most well known beach, a long stretch of sand with lots of activity taking place and the local hangout. Tamarama beach (on the other side of the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk) is equally close, and though less well-known, is quite stunning. You will experience amazing sunsets, and it's a great spot for location photography.
Public transport: Busses run every few minutes from a central stop just outside the door to the Sydney Eastern Suburbs, Bondi Junction transport links, and Sydney CBD. It's also a 5 minute bus ride to Bondi Junction Train Station. It's around 25 minutes taxi to the airport, or you can connect via the very fast Bondi Junction train route via Green Square. It's basically a very convenient spot for transport.
Other Things to Note
Laundry: the apartment is equipped with an internal washing machine and a shared outdoor backyard clothes line. It's close to two local laundromats, for drop off and coin laundry.
Beds: the house is set up with two queen spring beds, and a single bed. One of the double beds is a good quality futon on slats (not a cheap fold-out).
Assisted check-in: I'm overseas right now, so guests will be met at 3.00 PM for check-in by my cleaner, Gladys. Outside the check-in window (for early or very late check-in) a $27 cash fee applies to cover Glady's time. Guests are requested to schedule late check-in directly with Gladys as far in advance as possible.

Once you pass the entrance which was a little less desirable, an oasis awaited. A well loved old dame, the apartment had a lovely charm and was clean and tidy. Rooms were big and airy. We loved the stay but perhaps the only small drawback was the noise from neighbours and the street etc. Great location near some really good bars, cafes and restaurants plus also a short walk to the famous Bondi beach or Coast Walk.
Seamless from start to finish. The apartment is great, very zen - beautiful high ceilings, bright and airy, comfortable beds the plants are incredible. Major envy! Rose and her friend Gladys were easily contactable and very friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything and some great restaurants close by. Thank you so much Rose for having us!
The flat is in a really good location. It's close walking distance to Tamarama and Bondi beaches. Its in amongst a little village on Bondi Rd which has all you need and is tucked away from the noise and hustle bustle of Bondi itself. Checking in and out was super easy and smooth. The flat has a great bohemian, simple and comfortable feel. The beds are placed near the windows so you can look out at the stars while you go to sleep. I'd definitely stay here again.
Really enjoyed our weekend at Rose's place in Bondi - it was the perfect place to stay to feel immersed in the Bondi summer vibe. I loved the artwork splashed around the place and the boho feel; would more than happily live there myself! The space was lovely, beds super-comfortable, nice shower pressure, good food options right on the doorstep and it was easily accessible from the city after a long day of shopping via train and quick bus ride. Communication with Rose in advance of our stay was quick and easy even though she's overseas, and her friend Gladys was lovely and friendly when arranging to check in/out. Definitely hoping to stay at Rose's place again on our next weekend away in Sydney - highly recommended!
We had a lovely stay at Rose beautiful apartment. Very spacious and beautiful decorated. We would come back any time.
First impression was poor with smelly, dirty (website hidden) barely clean on benches and inadequate no. of dinner plates and coffee mugs for our family of 5. bathroom in need of upgrade with peeling bath and handbasin, constantly running hot water tap .
Nice pics on the wall and location good for access to the beach
I had a really lovely stay at Roses apartment, it was perfectly located for everything I wanted & needed during my Bondi Stay. The apartment itself was clean & homely, also as a solo female guest who is 8months pregnant I felt incredibly safe & secure. The communication was wonderful & both Rose & her cleaner Gladys were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend.
