Dawn is a lovely and very welcoming person, thank you for the beer! ;).
It was really very nice to us and help for the rest of our trip.
Conveniently situated in the quiet of the city, access to bus very close.
The directions to the place were fairly good but it was still a little difficulty to find. The room we had was okay but we thought we would have the room with the half bath. Their was another couple there at the same time with one of them being a slob by getting water all over and not wiping it up, which took away from a good experience. The parking was a bit difficult as sometimes we had to park over a block away. The complex could have used more upkeep as there was rotting fruit on the ground that was not picked up. Our host Dawn was friendly. Coko their dog was great,
Dawn is absolutely a wonderful host, warm-hearted and very helpful. The room is spacious, soft bed, and the shared bathroom is nearby. Good location to gas station and convenient store. Highly recommend!
As mentioned by others Dawn was a gracious host . We stayed only one night and left early morn. She told us the cockroach problem is being delt with now so this was the reason the floors were not cleaned. Chocolate the dog really is a well behaved sweetheart.
Dawn is a GREAT hostess. She is very personable and genuinely cares about your needs. She is laid back and just an all-around great person to chat with. I wish I could say the same for her apartment. Yes, it is local to everything. Everything I needed was nearby (cleaners, RAMEN, breakfast, lunch, 7/11 - everything) however I just could not get a good night's rest due to all the cockroaches! My bf and I never directly complained to her, but it was definitely a nuisance. The bathroom, kitchen and our room had an uncomfortable amount. We stored food in her fridge, but decided not to eat it anymore after figuring roaches can still go inside, so we always ate out. I opened the shower curtain to shower, and a roach fell from the curtains, caught back onto the curtain, and climbed back up!! I couldn't shower in peace w/o feeling like a roach was going to fall on me. I slept stuffing toilet paper in my ears just to make sure none decided to nest in there. If you're curious, the huge tropical roaches were outside of the apartment, and the smaller kinds were the ones that nestled inside. I don't think I would come back and stay here again, but will definitely keep in touch next time we visit. She really is a great person to chat with.
It's my first time to live in bnb. Dawn is a very kind host, and I had a very wonderful experiance in Hawaii. The place was comfortable for me, and I slept very well during the whole week. Chocolate is a very cute dog, and sometimes she may get crazy. It's very interesting for me~
Dawn is awesome. Super friendly and fun to chat with. She was also very accommodating, even though I was arriving a bit late and could only stay for a single night.
I had a great time staying with Dawn. She's easy-going and knows a lot about the island. The room was clean and came with fresh towels. I couldn't park directly at her place, but there are enough parking lots around the block. Chocolate is a really cool dog :) Thanks Dawn!
Dawn was great! A kick to talk with, funny and very accomodating. She saved a parking spot for me and showed me some of the local bars and restaurants. The room was private and comfortable and her beautiful dog does some great tricks. Thanks Dawn!
