This is a 1 bedroom / 1 bath PRIVATE apartment in the heart of Soho. I travel a lot for work so it made sense to offer renting on here. FYI - The Apartment Lease is under my name.
The unit is FULLY renovated and I'm the first one to live here after the renovation (6 months ago). Full kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker), private bedroom, and small living room. The kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.
The Apartment is on tree-lined Sullivan St. (at Prince) with countless trendy restaurants and bars nearby. You are literally 2 short blocks away from endless Soho shopping - perhaps the greatest, high-end, boutique shopping area in all of NYC. The ACE and 123 subway is just 1 block away!
The apartment is on the 6th floor and has views of east Soho. It is a walk-up (most buildings in area are) so please be cognizant of being able to use the stairs.
Additional Room Details:
Private bedroom with views east
Queen sized bed (fits 2), the mattress and pillows are tempur-pedic and BRAND NEW
L-shaped Couch in living room (fits 1)
DirectTV (all movie channels) + High-speed (50MB) wireless internet + AppleTV w/ Netflix
40" flat-screen TV
Electricity and water. There are no extra costs for utilities.
Non smokers is a must. No pets. No kids please (sorry).
I'm a great host anxious to have quality, friendly and clean people enjoy their time in the world's greatest city. Happy to answer any questions and hopefully you'll be looking to stay here!
First and foremost, I want you to make yourself at home. Soho is an area of attraction but the particular street I live on is more quiet than the surrounding blocks (a good thing!). Please simply be cognizant of neighbors when enjoying your stay. There is only one key to the building entrance and one key to the unit so make sure not to lose them! You and I will arrange the key pick-up and drop-off. Only guests welcome in the building are those listed at time of rental, and NO smoking allowed - no exceptions. Clean towels and simple toiletries provided.

Andrew's place was perfect. So ideally located and a snap to get in an out of. Convenient, cozy, and quiet. Many, many thanks.

My original reservation to stay in NY got cancelled. Fortunately I reached out to Andrew the day my friend and I were suppose to arrive in NY and he was very responsive and accommodating. This was my first airbnb experience and it was easy and seamless.
Andrew's apartment was very well kept and in a great area of SoHo. I'd highly recommend Andrew as a host to anyone.
I planned this trip less than 24 hours before requesting the apartment and Andrew was so kind, helpful and responded right away to all my questions (which Im sure were very annoying just a few hours before arrival). Couldnt ask for a better host!! The apartment was very clean, as described (with the best cookies waiting when I got there) and is in the best area of soho. Im a native New Yorker and the location doesnt get better than this! What more could you ask for!! Im very thankful for all his help and patience and awesome apt!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew's apartment, the neighborhood is in such a great spot, walking distance of restaurants and shopping! It was really clean, the bed Super comfy and a great stay for anyone looking to stay in the city. Andrew was helpful throughout the process and while we did not meet him personally- he made sure we had all we needed for our stay. Only caveat are the stairs... Definitely not one who will or has trouble climbing lots of stairs! And make sure to order a breakfast sandwich from the coffee shop below: delicious!
Andrew and his apartment was great! I had a great stay for both business and tourism. SOHO is one of the best areas for bar nightlife near by along with shopping and other boutiques. Everything was as described in the apartment and I highly recommend! Prince street pizza is close and I went there many times! (Get the pepperoni) The ONLY cons of the apartment is the walk up. Its technically on the 6th floor but you need to go up 7 flights of stairs. I'm in shape but after a long night it was tough :-P . The second heads up is the shower setup is stunning but the water pressure at times wasn't the best. Overall highly recommend and will save the apartment for future stays.
Hi! I'm glad to see you're interested in my apartment located in the world's GREATEST CITY - NY, New York. I'm thrilled to have you as my guest. A few things I love most about New York and the Soho neighborhood: fine dining, swanky bars, and incredible people from all over the world. My lifestyle is high-paced with a lot of domestic and international travel and I very much subscribe to the work hard / play hard mentality. Professionally, I am a proud employee of one of the world's leading technology companies focused on digital marketing capabilities; and personally, I enjoy meeting new people and logging new experiences. I am excited to have you as my guest!
