  • Our trip in Roma was great and giacomo's appartement is exactly how it looks on thé pictures: clean, simple, great terrace, great location and very quiet. And that was the best thing : the very busy surroundings outside and once you enter the appartement , so quiet !
And Giacomo welcomed us very nicely giving good tips ans adresses un Roma. Very kind.

  • Once again (2nd time in this apartment) Giacomo was the perfect host with his friendliness and an apartment with a hard-to-beat location. The weather wasn't typically Roman, so we only got to enjoy the wonderful terrace once. But we can hardly blame Giacomo for the weather...:)

  • Giacomo's apartment is a lovely place to stay in Rome. He is a superb host. He arranged for Luigi to meet us at the airport and drive us to the apartment. This was great as we arrived in the evening and we got a guided overview of places of interest which we drove past on the way. He also organized another taxi to take us back to the airport. Giacomo was immediately available at the apartment to show us how everything worked and gave us maps and a tourist guide book to use during our stay. He has a great sense of humour so this was all done with lots of laughter. He brought us delicious goodies to snack on which we greatly appreciated.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and is as advertised. It was airy and roomy for the three of us. There is fast and reliable wifi which we could also use on the go! That was great and we loved it and put it to good use especially our son who just had to be in touch with all his friends on (website hidden) sharing his experiences as they happened. The apartment is also in a central location, a short walk away from the metro and bus stations.

Giacomo assured us he would be a short text message away if we needed any help as we navigated Rome. He checked on us during the day on our first day out, just to hear how we were getting on. We felt special!

  • Giacomo's apartment is very quite in the middle of all the tourist attractions in Rome. We will definetely stay in this house if we visit Rome again. It has so much advantages. First of all, Giacomo is a great host, that is ready to solve all your problems. Secondly, its location is the best for a week in Rome. And lastly, the house and its terrace is very comfortable, clean and quiet. Never hesitate to rent it if this apartment is available during your travel dates!!!

  • Giacomo is a beautiful man. So helpful, really cared about our stay and his local knowledge really helped. The apartment is so clean and beautiful and so well located for everything to do and see in Rome. Oh, the gelato shop across the street is to die for too.

  • Central Rome!! Exactly as it sounds, appartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. Walking distance to everything, shopping at the door, private and secure. Giacomo was great to deal with in all communication, and is very pleasant and helpful. Met us at the door with maps, books and plenty of suggestions. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Rome.

  • We had such a great time in Giacomo's apartment. It's the perfect size for 2 people and it's so central and still quiet at night. Giacomo is very kind and helpful when help was needed. He even left us a huge Panettone as a welcome.
And there is a very good Gelateria just across the street!
    Highly recommended!

  • We stayed at Giacomo’s apartment during our visit to Rome. Apartments is great: located very close to all main sightseeing and metro is just 5 min walk. However, we had not use it because it is nice to walk around the city. Apartments located in a very quiet street. There are 2 rooms: one bedroom with very beautiful celling and one living room with kitchen and the most beautiful is terrace with small garden. In the evening, you can seat there enjoying conversation and good Italian vine.
Giacomo is very nice, intelligent and helpful person. We do not fill as we just rent the apartment, we fill like we came to visit our good friend.
    Hope to return soon))
