  • Emiliano is a very special host. He was let down at the very last minute by one of the landlords so the property we had booked fell through just hours before we arrived. He leapt to the rescue and by the end of the evening he had found somewhere more than suitable for us to stay. He is a great communicator and has a very big and generous heart.

  • As others have said Emiliano was responsive, friendly and accommodating, the apartment was great with the outside terrace a wonderful way to start the morning with a cup of coffee or end the night over a glass of wine, and the location can not be beat!

The place is best for a small family or two to three friends.

  • The apartment was in the middle of Rome's historic city - we could walk everywhere. The equipment and furniture is nice and Emiliano was very helpful. Thanks again for the nice day's in Rome!

  • Like everyone else has already said, you just can't beat the location of Emiliano's flat! We walked everywhere as it's close to just about everything. The layout is as pictured and is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. The private courtyard was a big plus that we were not expecting. Emiliano is wonderful! He had a snack waiting for us on arrival and was a great communicator throughout the booking process.

  • The flat was perfect! The location is ideal, all the major sites are within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need plus it does stay cool even when it is very hot outside. The only thing is that it could do with some minor refurbishments here and there, but this does not affect the overall experience.
Emiliano is the perfect host, very helpful and friendly. He even organised a cab from the flat to the airport.

  • Great (email hidden)ally great. We never had to use any public transport or taxis for our whole trip...other than getting to and from the airport/station. Campo De Fiori/Navona/Pantheon are just minutes away, as are the bars/restos of Trastevere. At the same time, it's in a couple of blocks from the main road (Giubonnari) so it's really quiet as well. We actually walked to the Colosseum and Vatican even...without any issues, and this with a 3 year old.

The apartment was just as described...everything was in good working order. The place is exactly like the photos show you on the website. The only thing, if anything, I can complain about is that the water in the shower went cold a couple of times but that wasn't a big issue. We cooked breakfast on all days and the pans/pots were more than (email hidden)ere is a Punto Supermarket about 100m from the apartment, which Emiliano will point out.

Emiliano was waiting for us to show up, when we arrived at the location (we got delayed a little as there were no cabs at the train station and finally we got one of those famous Roman taxi scamsters who dropped us some distance away), and helped us in with our very big bags. He also welcomed us with some fruit. Emiliano was helpful in setting up a cab to take us to the airport on our departure...no issues with that. Overall, it was a great experience.

I would totally stay here again, if and when I come back to Rome.

  • My family and I spent a few pleasant days in Rome in these appartments.
Will say at once - I'm very happy with my choice. The spacious, bright, comfortable apartments. The area is very convenient to visit Rome, all the main attractions within walking distance. My favorite area of Trastevere is a 5-minute walk, you only need to cross the bridge.
The market of Campo de 'Fiori is 2 minutes. You can buy fresh food in the morning and prepare meals in the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for that. If you do not want to cook for yourself - around the lots of restaurants where you can have dinner pleasantly.
Special thanks to Emiliano, who thoroughly and quickly responded to all my emails and fulfilled all its promises (in particular, has provided WiFi for our arrival).
One day, outside the apartment was noisy, but it is not uncommon for the center of Rome. After a long walk it did not affect our sleep :)
I have some suggestions that I will give Emiliano, but they are very minor.
I highly recommend these apartments for a group of 4 people.
    See you!
    Alex.
