Hello, I'm Francesca, I've 37 year old and
I'm decorator and I live with my boyfriend Marco and our daughter, in a very special condominium.
Former porcelain factory Richard Ginori converted into a loft, workshops, open space.
Our loft is divided into three levels, we live on the first floor.
On the ground floor over the entrance, there is my laboratory and a nice room to rent for short times.
For these characteristics, the room is very private from the rest of the house, guests appreciate the privacy it offers, in addition to not having limitations and schedules for entrances and exits
The room has a little private bathroom, a comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress, wardrobe, sofa and desk.
Blankets, sheets and towels.
It is not allowed to use the kitchen of the house but the room is equipped with a fridge, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (capsules Lavazza).
Unlimited internet, Wi-fi and cable
TV cable, with a dvd.
Breakfast included. So in the refrigerator and in the pantry you will find everything that the house offers a breakfast!
The area offers in addition to the common shops, various bars and restaurants
Few steps to various buses and trams, more convenient destinations: Duomo, Lambrate, Central Station, Corso Buenos Aires.
From home, to three-minute walk, there is a bus stop of 54, in 20 minutes to reach in the city center.
To go to the fair of RHO: bus "38"from home, subway direction DATEO (10 minutes) and 7 stops fair to Rho Fiera.
Remebrer: if you want to go to visit the Last Supper, it is necessary to book a visit.
The only part of the house that is accessible to guests is the room, and the outdoor table in front of the window, sorry but you can not use the kitchen.
I am available to my guests for several hours during the day, not counting that we sleep in the same apartment.
The area Ortica is a very old area of Milan.
It offers plenty of restaurants of all kinds, bars and clubs.
Near many shops and supermarkets.
In spite area seems a little device, bdai is well served by public transport.
The 54 bus more comfortable close to home, the door in 20 minutes directly into the city center.
Not far from the metropiltana Lambrate.
We have a dog and a cat.
Francesca is a nice and kindly host. She provided us the information of public transport and also nice food for breakfast and snack. The gust room is a lovely place with a TV.
Francesca was an amazing host. All the necessary info (about Milan, directions etc) was printed and readily available in the room.
She was very warm and extremely helpful. She even gave us her umbrella the day we were leaving since it was raining and we were late for our train!
House is in a quiet neighborhood. A little far from the center but can be reached easily once you figure out the way!
Francesca could not have been more helpful accommodating our schedule, providing directions to her home and local sites, and meeting our needs. She is a very kind, considerate host. Like many European lodgings, this one is quite small but met our needs for the night we stayed.
Francesca was an amazing host! She met us at the door and right off the bar was super friendly! She showed us the room (which is a cosy little spot but so nice to have your own space) and told us not to hesitate to come upstairs if we needed anything! The house is out of the city a bit, but the bus stop that goes directly to the centre is a 5 minute walk! The building is very secure which was a bonus! Before we left she brought us some homemade muffins! She was an excellent host! Highly recommended.
Nice host！ but the house is a little bit far from the city
The stay was great! It was in a very cool area of Milan and super easy to get to the city center and coma cosa. Just be careful of when the bus stops running. Francesca gave great directions to the house and nothing in my life will be quite as memorable as that purple footbridge. The room was very comfortable, and yes the toilet is in the shower, but that wasn't bad. Just be aware that the shower is see through so don't travel with anyone you don't trust! Free breakfast and maps were provided. I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant on her map (especially the egg rolls) it has just been renamed, but is in the same place.
The neighborhood as such, located in old ceramic factory area, is worth of seeing! The room was very nice and cozy and had everything needed. The coffee machine was just awesome! :D Generally the location was in the reach of good connections with local traffic and coming and going was easy.... once u find your self there at the first time! Francesca was very friendly and helpful host. I had a very nice stay at Francesca´s place and I can warmly recommend it, especially to the people who appreciate "a bit different" housing solutions! :)
Nice and cosy room. Not too much space but enough for 2 people. 30 minutes to city centre by bus or by bus+metro. Public transport runs often. Quiet neighborhood. Franscesca is really a nice host. So is the cat and other animals at the place. You get to keep your privacy as the room has its own bathroom.
I really want to apologize so much for taking so many cockroaches.
It 'started the season very hot early this year and I had not sprayed products against cockroaches, unfortunately having the house on the ground floor can happen.
thanks again for everything
Once again, Francesca was a great host. See my previous review for more info.
