You'll have exclusive access to the entire floor penthouse during your stay. Your private lift entrance opens directly into the apartment and you'll also have access to the shared rooftop area.

You'll be met at the apartment for check-in and can message the hosts with queries at any time during your stay.
Other things to note
BOSE WIFI SPEAKER SYSTEM:
Plays your music via Bluetooth pairing.
Streams movies to the TV from your iTunes or Netflix account. Bring your laptop and/or iOS devices to display photos or other content on the big screen.
Please ensure that the apartment is left how you found it - (except towels placed in the bathroom and dishes put on in the dishwasher, rubbish placed in the bins etc.
Any damages to the property, excess cleaning charges (steam cleaning carpets etc.) unauthorised parties etc will be deducted if these occur. If Police are called to the property due to a noise complaint or large party is held a $1,500 penalty will apply. It is a quiet neighbourhood and the Council can and will impose fines if required.
- Not permitted indoors.
- Ashtrays must be used if smoking on the balconies.
- No cigarette butts over the balcony railings.
- Low noise levels after 10 pm at all times.
- Security guards patrol nightly and lock rooftop door between 10-11pm.
- Entertaining is permitted for an additional fee (prior approval required).
- Two week minimum booking over Xmas/NYE period)
- Guests may park on the far side of the secure courtyard to the rear of the apartment.
- Adequate space must be left for another vehicle to park adjacent to the restaurant.
- Access for parking is via Mona Lane.
- Standard booking fee includes up to 4 guests
- Additional guests: $95 per guest p/n.
- Up to 6 guests can be accommodated in real beds (3 bedrooms)
- Linen can also be supplied for the 2m sofa and daybed in the living room or on a choice of a self-inflating airbed (Queen or single) to accommodate additional guests.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
