Interaction with guests
Martha & I are happy to answer any questions and point guests in the right direction depending on what you want to do during your stay. I teach upstate during the week, but I am always reachable via text or phone call. My housemate works just 2 subway stops away and is also available if guests need anything during their stay.
Other things to note
As in most of the NYC, there is often construction in Long Island City. We leave fresh earplugs by the bed should you need them during your stay.
Since we live in a large apartment building, we just ask that you are respectful of neighbors, keep noise to a reasonable level, and try not to walk around with loud shoes in the house.
I am a painter and art professor. I lived for several years in Spain, love to travel, and always enjoy meeting new & interesting people from all corners of the world.
