Interaction with Guests
I'm happy to answer any questions and point guests in the right direction depending on what you want to do during your stay. I teach upstate during the week, but I am always reachable via text or phone call. My housemate works just 2 subway stops away and is also available if guests need anything during their stay.
LIC is still a hidden gem in NYC. It is very quiet, safe, and low-key, yet just 5 minutes away from Manhattan. And we get beautiful skyline views from most of the neighborhood!
1st stop in Queens on the E/M/7/G trains!
Since I live in a large apartment building, I just ask that you are respectful of neighbors, keep noise to a reasonable level, and try not to walk around with loud shoes in the house.
