Every detail of Zam's home was beautiful, the photos did not do it justice. I had a wonderful stay at this bright and stunning loft and really enjoyed the taste and location of this home.
Wonderful. I can only confirm what others have written: Zam's place is full of charm and character. If anything, it's bigger and more comfy than the pictures suggested. Green Point is a discovery; the view amazing. Zam was very good to communicate with. Everything worked.
If you prefer a sterile, generic business flat, this is not for you. If you want a real New York experience - go for it!
Zams flat is breathtakingly unique! The perfect place to stay for a true New York experience. It is comfortable and clean with everything you'll need. The local area is really easy to navigate with lots of cool shops and cafes within walking distance. if you're looking for a shiny new generic apartment to stay in this definitely won't be the place for you!! We loved it! I would suggest arriving during the day as we arrived much much later than expected and had a few problems getting the keys. Apart form that we had the best stay! Thank you Zam!
Zam's flat was perfect for us. I had a busy weekend in the city and needed a place to stay to limit my commute back and forth from New Haven. The trip was scheduled with short notice (one day) so there was limited time for planning on both sides but still worked out. Zam's flat looks just like the pictures and was perfect for our snowy weekend. The rooftop view is amazing and the distance into the city was perfect. We had to visit a number of neighborhoods (Bklyn, Bklyn Heights, Manhattan, ect ) and found commuting to each was reasonably easy. Great location. Parking was a breeze and the walk to coffee shops (Crema) and little bars (One Stop!) was pretty easy.
The flat is adorable and very spacious. A little drafty and creaky but that is to be expected with crazy low temps in the city and in an old warehouse building. It really adds to the charm actually. You would never guess that such a lovely apartment was inside if you were out on the street.
I wish we could have stayed longer with more time to plan. Next time!
Zam's place was beautiful, and just like in the photographs and what we expected.
The place and location is so good, and i like the view of the rooftop. It's the one of the best place I ever had in the year of 2014.
