_1 External bathroom
One bathroom is located in the outdoor area, on the first flight of stairs between the villa and the living room with the kitchen. There is a toilet; the washbasin and shower are outdoors.

SERVICES AT EXTRA COST
_If you choose to travel with your own car or a rental car, a public unattended parking area is available approximately 500 metres from the villa. Alternatively, you may take advantage of our valet parking service: we will park your car for you and, whenever you wish during the day, have it brought back directly to the entrance of the villa.

_Extra cleaning service
For stays longer than three nights, mid-stay housekeeping is included. The number of housekeeping services depends on the length of the stay (normally every three days). Should guests require more frequent or daily housekeeping, simply let us know at the time of booking and we will be happy to arrange it.

_Grocery Service
We will send you a grocery request form to complete with your preferences, and you will always find your groceries already stocked in the kitchen, both upon your arrival and throughout your stay.

_Private chef
Our Private Chef services are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, gourmet dinner, cooking classes, and delivery. Advanced booking is required.

_Transfer bookings to/from the airport or railway station, as well as private transfers throughout your stay.

Conca dei Marini is one of the most authentic and peaceful historic villages on the Amalfi Coast and is officially recognized as one of 'Italy's Most Beautiful Villages'. Life here moves at a slower pace, and its charm lies precisely in its intimate atmosphere, far from the busier tourist destinations along the coast.

The villa enjoys a panoramic setting, surrounded by nature and overlooking the sea. The village center can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car or scooter, while walking takes considerably longer due to the steep hills and the unique topography of the coastline.

In the village you will find a small grocery store for everyday essentials (throughout the Amalfi Coast there are no large supermarkets or hypermarkets, only small local shops), a pharmacy, a couple of traditional trattorias/pizzerias, a café, and the main essential services, including the post office. For a wider selection of shops and boutiques, we recommend visiting Amalfi, which is approximately 15 minutes away by car.

Please note that during the summer months the Amalfi Coast is particularly busy. Public parking is very limited and often fills up quickly. For this reason, we recommend planning your journeys in advance, preferably travelling early in the morning or after 6:00 PM. Alternatively, we suggest using a private driver service or renting a scooter, which is often the most convenient way to explore the area.

Please also be aware that several sections of the Amalfi Coast Road (SS163) operate under a traffic restriction system (ZTL and alternating license plate regulations).
In addition, many village centers ( as Conca dei Marini) have restricted traffic zones where access by car or scooter is reserved for residents only. We recommend checking the regulations in force during the dates of your stay before planning your journeys.
