About
My name is Alessandro and now I am retired. My family owns from the middle of 1800 Villa Pastori, a typical example of venetian Villa built in the 1780. Now it is rather difficult to maintain the Villa taking into account property taxes, maintenance costs and need of restoration. We then decided to share a part of the Villa (the old warehouses, storage of carriages, the cellar ...) transforming the Barchessa side into three small apartments. From the rentals derive the necessary for the maintenance of the villa, which we could not otherwise bear. My main interests are cinema (my wife and I did not lose every year the Venice Film Festival in Venice) gardening (especially the vegetable garden), reading (books about detective) and my three cats.
