This high-floor, high ceiling downtown studio is 10 minutes walk to Taipei 101 and the Xinyi business district. The building has a 24 hour doorman. It's perfect for long-term stays and business people who need a comfortable and bright space close to the action.

There is a Samsung washer, fully equipped kitchen, work desk, flatscreen, and 400mbps high speed wifi.

The nearest MRT is 5 min. away at Xinyi Anhe, with buses and YouBikes 1 min walk from the door, and a PXMart grocer 1 min away!

The space
The space has a minimal Muji style Japanese vibe. There is plenty of hanging closet storage for clothing and room to store luggage. The lofted bed makes for a tall room, and opens up the middle space.

There a large floor-to-ceiling bay window with great morning views of the nearby mountains.

Guest access
There is a communal lobby lounge with a grand piano and 24 hour doorman. There is garbage access in the basement.

Other things to note
New sofa, water heater and newly maintained air conditioner. The unit actually has 2 separate air conditioners to battle the Taipei heat!

Right in the center of it all, the apartment is in the Xinyi area with walking access to some of the city's best bars and restaurants. Set 10 min outside of the Xinyi shopping area, it's in a more residential part of town. Tonghua Night Market is 10 minutes walk. The Xinyi Anhe red line metro is about 5 minutes away!
