Other things to note
Please be advised:
ATTENTION: We are an official and legal Airbnb business and thus we have to charge a tourism tax of 2,2 Euros per night. This amount goes 100% to the Austrian government.
Early check-in before 11am and late arrivals after 8pm are charged with 10 Euros; after 11pm with 20 Euros (cleaning staff will have to take a taxi to get home). Late checkout (when possible) is charged with 10 Euros.
Calculate a lateness of 30 min (90 mins if you are traveling by car/bus) into your expected time of arrival. If you arrive over 1 hour late please pay an additional 10 Euros/hour. The cleaning staff is instructed to overlap their cleaning with your arrival to counter this possibility. So please be polite and understanding if they still have some work to do when you arrive.
Read the booking confirmation email from Airbnb for exact description of how to get to the apartment from your transport hub.
The apartment lies facing Praterstrasse which is a main road with plenty of infrastructure. Some people who are extremely sensitive to some minor sounds of cars at night might want to make use of earplugs.
AGE RESTRICTION: 21 and above can book. Children accompanied by adults: 10 years and above only!
You are adults and thus, you are responsible for your own safety and belongings.
NO cigarettes, candles or incense sticks please - I've experienced a FIRE first hand (It was very scary).
In Austria it is common to take shoes off in apartment. Please do likewise!
Please keep your voice level/music down after 9pm. Many neighbours have to get up early for work. Please respect other visitors.
WARNING: Do not smoke. FINE: 200 Euros for even the slightest trace. Out of everyone's safety - Do NOT bring visitors or strangers into the apartment (200 Euro FINE). We reserve the right to enforce these rules by making checks without prior notice. You MUST REPORT any damage (including food/blood/makeup stains on bedsheets or towels or walls) to us BEFORE you checkout and pay for the damage. We've experienced vandalism and theft in the past. These are CRIMES and we do not take them lightly.
Please THINK about the environment and turn OFF or unplug lights, fans and electronics you don't need (You're actually burning fossil fuels and polluting the air... in case you didn't know).
PLEASE RESPECT OUR HARD WORKING STAFF AND OUR LATE CHECKIN FEES - READ IT UP UNDER "Other things to note" IN THE LISTING BEFORE YOU BOOK!

Welcome to Awesome Apartments!
We strive to enable comfortable and enjoyable stay away from your home.
Katarina is the angel who answers your many repetitive questions; they do your bed and clean the place; they also hand you the keys to our properties. They are always available if you have any questions or problems. So be nice to them. :)
Tim is our good friend - If the wifi modem doesn't connect and you accidentally hit the reset button; or worse - you decided to have sex on the small sofa chair and it broke - he's there to help fix things!
Awesome Steve is the owner of the place. You'd be lucky if you get a glimpse of him for he is usually off in some distant continent, risking his life in the search for what he deems the 4 pillars of a life worth living for: freedom, adventure, friendship and love.
