The space
You will feel right at home in our lovely four bedroom, two bath home whether cooking in our fully stocked kitchen, playing games or relaxing in front of the television. Enjoy your outdoor time on the patio or the concrete dock and when you're ready to get out on the water feel free to use our kayaks, paddle boards and large floating pad. Our private dock in the cul-de-sac of the cove allows you to bring or rent your own boat or jet skis while on your vacation. You can conveniently unload your boat or jet skis at the Robinhood Park boat ramp a mere minute away from our house and dock them at our private dock.

Have access to whole house except locked supply rooms, owner boat and jet-skis.

Other things to note
*The bathtub in the primary bathroom is not working.
*There are cameras that record and sense motion and are located at the corners of the house. There is a Ring doorbell that records and senses motion also. All motion sensing cameras are located outside the home and record audio and visual.
*Faux Fireplace - does not turn on.
*Water toys, floating pad, 3 paddle boards to be used at your own risk. We have life jackets located in the boat shed.
