Get that hometown feeling in our newly remodeled Loft within walking distance of Historic Main Street Galax Virginia. The Fiddlers Roost is a spacious two bedroom suite that features a full size kitchen, spacious living room and bathroom with comfortable amenities. A short walk to everything such as restaurants, entertainment, Antique Shops, Coffee Shops, New River Trail, Historic Rex Theater, and about one mile from Felts Park, Home of the World’s Largest Old Time Fiddlers Convention.
The space
Our Loft has a spacious living room with a 55” Flat Screen TV over an Electric Fireplace, Air purifier and a Sofa Bed for extra sleeping arrangements.
In the first bedroom is a spacious king bed with lamps on each side with plenty usb ports, Dreamegg alarm clock sound machine for soothing sleep sounds, 50” flat screen and a closet with some extra comfy blankets. A 39" workspace desk with lamp, wireless phone charger, USB and Power ports for those that need an area to use a laptop.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with a lamp in the middle with USB ports, Alarm clock with USB and Power, 42” flat screen and a closet with extra comfy blankets.
The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances, utensils, plates, bowls and a Keurig Coffee Machine.
Full sized bathroom with shower/tub combo along with fresh towels.
Complimentary WiFi and you are welcome to use your own Netflix, Hulu and other accounts on the smart TV’s.

**If the dates you are looking for are not available for the Fiddlers Roost, please check the New River Hideaway and the Blue Ridge Haven that are two separate units on the main level.**
There are two other vacation rentals on main level which is the New River Hideaway and Blue Ridge Haven. Each have a private entrance and each have their own outdoor sitting areas. There are no shared living areas. Common area would include the yard around the house and the little garden area out back.
Other things to note
We can provide 2 complimentary bikes for your enjoyment upon request for the New River Trail or just riding around town, so no need to pay extra rental fees and hassle with renting. We have added gel seats for extra comfort and one bike has an air pump. We also have bicycle storage for your personal bikes in the basement with security lock, security code will be provided upon request. We also provide electricity for the EV Bikes in the storage area.
We proudly clean the Suite ourselves and do not sub out our cleaning to anyone else to ensure you get freshly cleaned sheets, blankets and a clean space for your stay. Bed linens and blankets are washed after each guest.
The loft has about 13 steps to the top therefore we are not handicap accessible.
Automated lights on the stairs at night and hallway light at top of steps which can be turned on at bottom of steps and inside the entry door.

Air purifier in the living room to provide an allergy free environment.
