The Garden Suite has 11 foot ceilings, a large ceiling fan in the kitchen and air conditioning in the master bedroom. The bedrooms are on the west side of the house and enjoy a cooling breeze and a beautiful view of the Genesee Valley.

The Garden Suite has 11 foot ceilings, a large ceiling fan in the kitchen and air conditioning in the master bedroom. The bedrooms are on the west side of the house and enjoy a cooling breeze and a beautiful view of the Genesee Valley. The Garden Suite also has baseboard heat and is open year-round. Pets are allowed in the Garden Suite with a pet fee.

Guest access
Guest have can use the swimming pool (in season.) Guest are also invited to explore our 70 acres of pasture, woods and farm fields teeming with wild life! If you wish to play tennis, bring appropriate sneakers for our Har-Tru court (Open April thru October.) Contact Corrin if you would like to play doubles in our club leagues during your stay or try our unique version of croquet!

Neighborhood highlights

The Hartford House, a National Historic Landmark, was built in 1835 by Civil War General James S. Wadsworth and has been occupied by his descendants ever since. Located on a park-like 70 acre farm in the Village of Geneseo it is within walking distance of Main Street and SUNY Geneseo, and a short drive to Conesus Lake and Letchworth State Park. Included on the grounds are an organic vegetable farm and a Tennis and Croquet Club. Guests are invited to explore the grounds, receive a tour of the historic house, swim in our in-ground pool, play tennis on our Har-Tru court or learn our unique version of croquet.
