Other Things to Note
Mattress: we use latex mattress, it's slightly harder than Seally or Serta but it helps for people with back pain.
The apartment was just as listed and looked just like the pictures,
very functional and usable. Thomas could "use" his balcony as an asset, we think, if he wanted.
But the location is the best part! Not only is it very centrally located for a new tourist to Saigon, but being down a neighborhood alley off the main street you felt like you had joined a local community. We ended up eating at the small alley kitchens for Pho at breakfast before heading out for a day of exploring. Most everyone in the alley was welcoming and helpful.
Fantastic location in an authentically rustic Saigon pied-à-terre. I could walk to all my meetings, had an endless choice of culinary options and the convenience of the washer-dryer was great. Thomas himself was not on site but his associate Anna was always just minutes away and helped me quickly resolve any issues I had. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic, old town experience in the heart of Saigon.
Location was great! Minutes to eateries, shopping places and sights.
Photos match with what I saw in the room. The room is on the second floor so if you are arriving with luggages, be mentally prepared to climb up the stairs with your luggages. The stairs is a little dark but there are switches to turn on the lights.
A great place to stay, good directions easy to find, roomy & comfortable apartment, great location, minimart downstairs, Starbucks across the road, market & Saigon Square shopping 5 minutes walk
Stayed here for a month and had a great time. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen and laundry were essential to me for such a long stay. The nearby 24 hour convenience store was also handy. But the main advantage of this apartment is the location. Literally any direction you walk you'll find something cool just a few minutes away. Cafes, restaurants, bars, museums, shops, the river...you name it, it's all within easy walking distance. Thomas was quick to respond to all questions and I had a great experience in Saigon. Would definitely stay again!

I'm traveling often around of the world for leisure and work, and getting tired of staying in hotels... all the time looking to connect and try alternative accommodations...
