Other Things to Note

Check in from 2pm - 7pm. After this you will need to take a transfer service and the driver will have keys. It costs 22 Euro from the Airport.
We stayed there in July 2015. The apartment is lovely for two people! The pictures are spot on, and its super cosy and it has everything u need! Its also centrally located, in a very nice part of the city - full of sights to see and restaurants to eat at. The wifi is fast and reliable. The only thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning, so if you stay there in summer you will need to sleep with the windows open, and it can get loud with the trams passing by at night. However, I slept with ear-plugs and I had no problems. We didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but she is very organised (left us a welcome note with instructions and information) and also replied to my email quite quickly. I would recommend the apartment :)
The main room is BEAUTIFUL, very clean and modern with easy access to the kitchen as it is in the same room! The location is ideal as it allows easy access to the centre, Charles Bridge and Prague Castle! There is a local exchange bureau in a souvenir nearby with decent rates and the best Bureau de Change just 3 minutes away (ExChange).
Slight issue was the fact the iron did not work and that there was no fabric softener or tumble drier. (Maybe something to consider!).
Apart from that slight hiccup, the place is amazing and for the price it is a MUST. The location is just too good and the main room is just too romantic to shy away from!
Karen has a very nice and clean appartment!
Very close to the centre and from 3 minutes walk to the bridge literally!
I'll come back on day!!!
The flat was exactly as described and could not have been in a more perfect location for a visit to Prague. All the key sites are within a walk, tram or metro ride. Karen was easy to communicate with and her daughter met us and gave us the lowdown on the town. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting a great flat in Prague for a fair price.
Karen's daughter met us at the apartment. She was enthusiastic about Prague and apologetic that the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous guests. She asked us to go out for 30 minutes and she would get it done. When we returned the sheets and towels were changed and the trash taken out. That was the extent of the cleaning. The apartment was in a convenient location. It was quiet only when the windows were totally closed. Thank goodness there was a fan for air. Two lights were out, one in the bathroom, which was annoying. There were no paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen.
O apartamento é exatamente como no anúncio: confortável, limpo, com uma decoração moderna e em uma ótima localização. Foi tudo perfeito! Se um dia retornar à Praga, com certeza ficarei lá novamente.
We stayed at this apartment which is in a great location. It's possible to walk to most of the major attractions and a 2 min walk to the metro or tram stops making it possible to get around further and faster. The apartment is nice and tidy ideal for a city break. Karen was very helpful when we arrived, giving us good recommendations.
