The space
Our bunkhouse has all you need for a comfortable stay. Look out any window to see the animals grazing in the pastures. Watch TV while soaking in the tub or lounging in the leather recliners. Cook up some farm fresh eggs or bison meat in the kitchen or use the outdoor grill while enjoying the fireplace and hot tub. A coffee maker with Black Rifle ground coffee provided, as well as tea bags, creamer and sugar.

This is a true-style farm bunkhouse — one large shared sleeping/living space. Historically, bunkhouses were communal sleeping quarters for ranch and farm workers, and we’ve kept that same relaxed, togetherness-style atmosphere while making it cozy and comfortable for modern guests.

Guest access
We have 95 acres to explore! There are trails in the woods, you can fish in any of the 3 ponds (catch and release), feed/pet the animals, swing, relax in the hot tub or make a fire in one of the two fire pits or the outdoor fireplace. The covered pond shelter has a grill, fan, refrigerator and freezer with plenty of seating. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your surroundings! The horses and donkey enjoy carrots and apples if you’re inclined to bring some 🙂

A golf cart is available to rent on a daily basis. This makes it easier to explore the property as well as to go to and from the pond shelter area to the bunkhouse. During very wet weather, the golf cart may not be available to rent. Drivers must be 21 or older.

Other additional experiences include a Clydesdale drawn wagon ride (weather/time permitting) and feeding the bison.

Please supervise children. Animal cruelty will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation without refund.

Reservations are limited to registered guests. Additional unregistered guests and parties are strictly prohibited.

Please confirm you have read and agree to the farm rules when booking.

Other things to note
➡️ Beginning 9/15/26, Airbnb will change its pricing structure by rolling its service fees into the host’s nightly rate. Previously, guests saw Airbnb’s service fee as a separate line item at checkout. Now, the entire amount is reflected in the nightly rate, even though Airbnb still deducts 15.5% service fee from the host’s payout.

➡️ As a result, hosts are required to increase their displayed nightly rates to cover Airbnb’s service fee, making our listing appear significantly more expensive than before. Unfortunately, guests may assume that hosts are charging these higher rates out of greed, when in reality a substantial portion of the displayed price goes directly to Airbnb.

More to note ⬇️

We have electric fencing around our pastures. Please do not climb or open gates to get in with the animals. The safest place to interact with the animals is at the yellow gates where there is no electric fence. Feel free to bring carrots or apples to feed the horses and donkey!

Please supervise children. Animal cruelty will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation without refund.

The outdoor fire place is for small fires. If you’d like a larger fire, please use one of the fire pits. We have starter logs and firewood available for purchase or you can bring your own.

If you are traveling with your dog, please clean up after them (poop bags provided). If leaving the bunkhouse without your dog, they must be contained in a cage/kennel. For the safety of your dog and our animals, we ask they be on a leash outside.

We are a working farm and try to keep any machinery noise to a minimum while guests are staying.

When booking, please include that you have read and agree to the farm rules. Also, be sure to include the correct number of guests.

Let us know if you’d like any bison meat or fresh eggs prior to check in and they will be in the bunkhouse fridge/freezer when you arrive 🙂
