This condo on the south fringe of downtown Kailua-Kona on The Big Island of Hawaii is within walking distance to all the hot spots. Yet it is a block off the main street so it's fairly quiet. On a hill and three stories up (no elevators) you look over the tops of the ocean front places. From the living area you can see the most spectacular panoramic ocean views from early morning to end of the day sunsets.
You will enjoy gentle ocean breezes as you watch from the bar height table and chairs next to the sliding glass door opening off the small balcony. There is also air conditioning behind the curtain in the living room for your comfort if you should need it.
This Kona Mansions condo #C-309 is located near the Coconut Grove Marketplace and across the street from the Royal Kona Resort, just a ways up Walua Rd. You may find Don's in the Royal Kona Resort & Huggo's on the Rocks next door a great place for 'happy hour' Mai Tais. Allot of these places have WiFi but we put WiFi in the condo too so you don't have to go out to get connected. It is secure with it's own password. Beach access from the unit is only a few steps away and about a five minute walk to Honel's beach.
Enjoy the Farmers Market and Historic District of town and all Alii Drive: its action and fantastic ocean front views, morning to night. You'll find parasailing, scuba, submarine, whale watching, and other water-sport tours at the docks.

Just help yourselves into the condo using the lock box keys by the door. There will be a flashlight on the box if you arrive after dark. Combination will arrive when booking is complete with full instructions.
The condo complex has 5 buildings with access to pool, BBQ area, parking and laundry. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants is a plus.
Interaction with guests
Bruce & Fern live in Hilo but drive Saddle Road over to attend to the condo. They give it a fresh make-over for each guest.

The listed price includes Hawaii state taxes of 13.416%. This is a great savings to our guests.
