The property backs to the 580,000 acres of the Nantahala Forest in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains

The space
This cottage is located directly on the creek. Visitors will leave the hustle and bustle of reality behind as they cross a wooden bridge and step onto grounds reminiscent of some of the world’s most well-loved fairytales and stories. Guests will be charmed by the hanging teapots and toadstools heralding the entrance to Alice’s White Bunny Cottage and experience fairy tale cottage living with all the comforts of home! Relax in this cottage nestled next to a certified trout stream. Guests can relax at a table overlooking the water or enjoy sitting on a covered front deck or around the firepits located on-site. The glow in the dark teapots hanging from the trees greet guests and glowing flowers add a magical touch as night starts to fall.
The awe-inspiring landscapes provide the perfect backdrop for families and individuals looking to escape from the daily grind by relaxing in nature or enjoying recreational activities including boating, hiking, fishing, swimming and tubing.
We also have a petting zoo to enjoy complete with mini goats, pigs, horses, donkeys and other animals

The Space The cottage includes a loft with a queen bed and a couch queen bed (in total the cabin can sleep 4) as well as a full bathroom. The loft more suitable for children due to the headspace.
Other Things to Note
The loft is only accessible by ladder stairs, so please be careful when climbing!
Firewood can be purchased for $10 bundle. There is a cash money box for payment, located by the wood bundles. The cottage includes free parking for up to 2 vehicles. Security cameras monitor the property and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The internet is Starlink satellite based and is generally realizable but is not 100%, especially when it rains. There is an on-site dumpster for trash disposal as well. Please be advised no pets allowed.
Guest access
As a cottage guest, you have the entire space to yourself. You can utilize all amenities and can park right in front. You'll be given a unique code to access the lockbox on the front door and will find Wi-Fi passwords available upon arrival.
**Make sure you copy the door code before you get to the property, as you will not have Wi-Fi until you log on to our internet service**
Other things to note
Even with proper exterminator monthly, the mountains will have bugs, critters and wildlife.
We do have internet and Wi-Fi calling but it can be spotty at times, especially when it’s raining.
We understand life happens. As a small business, we hope that you understand our need to maintain a consistent cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing trip insurance that covers expenses from last minute cancellations of lodging and transportation, medical, etc. Travel guard is an affordable option to ensure you’re covered in the event of the unexpected.
