The host had everything clearly marked, and an excellent list of instructions.
It was fun seeing the animals and waking to the sound of the chickens.
The farmfresh eggs were delicious!!!
Our granddaughter enjoyed her stay too!!
We would recommend this location to others!
Jodi's little farmette is adorable. We were so comfortable with each step from booking to checkout and everything in between being seamless. She has all what you would need and then some, with labels, instructions, and directives. It was an enjoyable green experience. We look forward to the next chance to stay in Seattle with Jodi and hoping for more time to kick back and enjoy the serenity, animals and her eclectic bookshelf!
The room was very clean and nice. I did not get to meet Jodi, for I was in mainly for the night sleeps, but she was very responsive to my messages and requests. Will probably go back to this place for the future visits.
By the way, if you missed anything in the tote bag, no worries! You can probably find what you need in the bathroom.
Our stay at the farmlette was wonderful and I would highly recommend it. Quite close to the airport and only a 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle.
Make sure to read the itinerary carefully as opposed to skimming through it - it definitely gives you a good idea of where and how to enter (especially if you are checking in late at night).
We didn't meet Jodi in the end, but the whole experience was quite smooth anyway. Don't hesitate to stay here!
hi laura, thanks for the kind words and suggestions for improvements. chicken eggs are plentiful most of the year except now, and the duckies lay consistently but during unusual times of year, such as starting just a few days ago after a three-month hiatus. the compost goes in the colander--good guess. we get more organized as time goes on and with more suggestions. come visit again after a bit and see more changes.
We had a lovely 2 night stay at Jodi's farmlette. Everything is nice and clean. She provided a comfy bed, hot shower, and a lot of information on Seattle. We didn't get to look at the animals and garden this trip but loved hearing all their little noises. Thank you for a relaxing place to stay at.
We had a wonderful stay at the farmlette and felt very welcome by Jodi who showed us around the garden and introduced us to her two goats, Bella and May. It's a very cozy little place and we would go back in the heartbeat! We loved waking up to the sounds of chicken and ducks, and we really appreciated the Jodi's care and attention to detail. The DIY breakfast options were bountiful and delicious. Highly recommended!

About the Host, Jodi
out of dozens of interests, travelling is one of our top five favorites. we enjoy helping folks with their plans like folks have helped us when we are far from home.
we strive to provide the kind of place that travellers like us revel in discovering: something off the beaten path that's unique, a "find," a great deal/value, clean, safe, stylish, helpful, friendly, a nest at the end of the day and a place that positively stimulates thoughts towards envy and delight and gratitude.
you undoubtedly have a unique perspective and worldview to share and we can all gain from knowing one another.
