We felt very welcome here! We arrived on a chilly evening and the house was warm and ready to welcome us. Norman left us tour guides for the city, a welcome basket and metro cards. Norman was available for any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!
We have stayed with our newborn child almost one month at Norman's house. The house was well equipped and had a very good heating system to keep us and our child warm in the freezing January. In addition, we could park our car on the premises. Norman was a brilliant host. Besides showing us around, he supported us in every way to get along as new parents in Washington. The house is located conviently close to shopping facilities and public transport. All in all we are really happy to have choosen Norman's house and do highly recommend both, the house and its host!!!
Norman was a lovely host. He took care of everything before we arrived and even during our stay he was very helpful. He also gave us public transport card and plenty of informations about the touristic attractions in Washington.
The house is perfect to visit Washington. The suburb is safe and people are welcoming.
I recommend this flat to visit Washington.
We spent 4 nights here and had a very good experience. The house was warm when we arrived and Norman had laid out information about public transit, local shops, and attractions for us to use. The transit cards were loaded with enough money to get us to the metro station and that was very kind. We were three people and we found the space very comfortable. Our favorite part was breakfast, it was wonderful to have coffee and breakfast foods waiting for us, so we did not have to immediately go to the nearby supermarket. I recommend Norman's house for a relaxing stay in D.C. The neighbors were very friendly and everyone in D.C. was helpful to us as tourists!
We so appreciated staying here. The slogan "Come Rest, Less Stress" could not have been more accurate. So close to everything (within 10mins of everywhere we needed to go) but out of the traffic and fray. Nice neighborhood and neighbors, parking was easy, grocery store within a 1 mile or so.
Pictures were accurate except that Norman renovated the bathroom! It even lovelier than the pics.
Norman thought of everything!! It was the little things that made us feel so welcome. He had coffee, teas, snacks and bottled water to make us at home and had the house toasty warm for our arrival on a cold, damp, snowy night. Norman had a wealth of metro info, attraction and restaurant info all set out for us. The house was perfect for our stay and Norman was quite helpful. His parking tips rocked for being downtown. Thank you so much for all you did, Norman!
May your business continue to grow in abundance. It seems you are quite successful and the reasons show!
We would totally book again.
The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and we were very grateful for metrocards Norman had left for us. If you are staying several days, it might be a little too small for four persons, but as we spent there only couple of nights, it was totally ok. Unfortunately we didn't meet Norman in person, but he was very helpful on the phone.
