  • Amazing location, lovely helpful host and beautifully clean - just what you need when you first arrive in rome! The breakfast included at the bar down the road was an added bonus for when you're first getting your bearings in the city.

  • The place was very clean. The bathroom was very nice as well. However, the room was very crowded for 3 people. The hosts are NEVER there and expect you to have an Italian SIM card to communicate with them via email or phone since there is no WIFI. I expected them to be more available for directions and helpful hints to get around Rome. Also, the "breakfast" is just some tickets to get yourself a coffee, juice, and croissant at some little cafe down the street. Just not what I was expecting at all...

Location is perfect. a bit noisy cause its close to street but it wasnt disturbing a lot. its just between castle st.Angelo and (email hidden)staurants and cafeteria down and a lot.
only minus that there isnt wifi.
