Unit 9# is a studio located on the 5th floor of a classic Center City walk-up building. This top-floor studio offers added privacy and elevated city views. and overlooks Spruce Street.

Our staff-less boutique hotel has 9 beautifully furnished rooms, a secure well-lit entrance and supplies all the typical hotel amenities.
