Eric was a great host - very responsive and helpful in terms of answering any questions I had. The place is right around the core of "Little Italy" where always have weekend events. It is also close to most subway lines. I was mostly alone at the place. I felt pretty safe. If you like to explore cultural diversity in NYC, this is the place. Thank you Eric.
The location of eric's apartment is very covenient. Near to subway that leads directly to any parts of manhattan, brooklyn even bronx. Eric also a nice host and always make sure that everything was ok, even when he is out of town. Thanks eric!
We stayed for 1 week. Great location. Easy to communicate with. Would recommend. Thanks Eric.
We had a great stay at Eric's place, he was very friendly and helpful, the flat was great, good size, perfectly equipped kitchen and great bed! The location is brilliant, there is a lot to see in walking distance and several subway lines very near. All in all Eric's place is a great home-base for an nyc trip.
Eric and his place were a great fit! Eric was hospitable and available if/when we needed him but totally non-intrusive throughout the stay. Eric's place was in a perfect location for us, very easy to get around the city but lot's to do nearby too. The apartment was clean when we arrived, stocked with all of the basics and overall quite quaint by NYC standards - my wife's parents even came by and thought it was great!
Also worth mentioning - though Eric's place is no-nonsense, it was clearly curated by an artist with a keen sense of style. My wife and I are designers and it felt really good to be staying somewhere easy on the eyes. The decor is a bit "Ace Hotel" cool, simple and airy.
This was my first AirBnB experience and it definitely set a good tone. I would totally stay with Eric again and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends looking for a cool spot in NYC!
We had a great time in NY staying at Erics apartment. Eric is a very nice host and explained everything to us. The apartment is spacious and quiet at night. It is located in the center of downtown and its quick to walk to LES, Soho or the village. Even a walk across manhattan bridge to the fantastic brooklyn park takes only 30 minutes.
Chinatown is an interesting neighbourhood. Neighbours were friendly, its always busy and we enjoyed to buy fresh mangos at the street corner.
We definitely recommend staying at Erics place
