As a native New Yorker, I am happy to provide my insight and ideas to the Manhattan I know, which includes, Museums, Theater, Art Galleries, Restaurants as well as getting lost in neighborhoods and other rich treasures that our city has to offer.
To make it simple, the rate is fair, I am honest, kind, clean, fun, and will do what I can to make your vacation a memory of joy as long as you pay. Humorous as well!

One of the best experiences we haved. The artment is simply ideal, with the best location, very clean, comfortable, warm, beautiful! identical to the pictures, definitely would look to stay there again. Eric is super nice, friendly, was always in touch with any questions we had. An unforgettable trip! Thank you a lot Eric!!!
Laura and I had a fantastic time in New York. Eric's apartment is in the most perfect location, right near the subway and also the great neighborhoods of Nolita and LES. The apartment is spacious and surprisingly quiet. Check in and out was fantastically easy, even though we arrived quite late and checked out very early. I look forward to staying there again!
Eric was an informative and gracious host. He welcomed us warmly and oriented us thoroughly to the apartment and the neighbourhood. The apartment was clean and spacious as depicted on the Airbnb website. The location, in the heart of Chinatown in lower Manhattan, was easily accessible to public transportation and walking distance to essential amenities.
Eric works in the true spirit of Airbnb. The apartment is his home which he vacates when he rents it to guests (heading off to stay with his mother or take a vacation). His possessions are tucked away in a couple of closets and you are left with a convenient (but not luxurious) base for your holiday. The bed is comfy, the shower is good, the heating is efficient and the wifi connection is excellent. Although it is a busy neighbourhood the apartment is comfortably quiet. Easy connections to the rest of Manhattan - walk or subway - and easy to get to/from JFK airport using the AirTrain and the J subway line to Canal Street.

Eric's place is very nice! Really good position, quite in the night, good position also with the subway ( 2 blocks). Clean and confortable! Was a pleasure to stay in NYC!!!! Eric is very nice and hospitable! Recommended!
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our 5 night stay in Eric's apartment. It served as a great hub for travelling around the city, as it was a 3 minute walk to several subway lines which can take you just about anywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn. There is also lots of great food in the area - we recommend Prosperity Dumpling on Eldridge St for a cheap and delicious eat.
The apartment had minimal furnishings but provided everything we needed - the bed was comfortable, the shower was fantastic, fast wifi and only 1 flight of stairs.
Chinatown is a very busy area with lots of people and it can be a bit noisy and difficult to walk around at times. The traffic makes taxi trips particularly slow for fair portions of the day.
All in all we found our first Airbnb experience at Eric's apartment great, he was a very helpful and friendly host.
I am a native New Yorker who is an actor and aritst. I love Kundalini Yoga, running and throwing the ball with my Jack Russell Mo, cooking, making out of this world juice and laughing. Some other things as well, just can't think of them right now.
