Esther was a wonderful host. The apartment is in a nice quiet location. A short distance to downtown and all the area hospitals.
Staying at the Lofty Hill Loft was great. Super cozy and central to everything. We stayed one night and Esther was very accommodating. There was a huge selection of coffee and tea and the house was tidy and adorable. Bed and couch were very comfy. Shower was great too! Separate entrance was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
What a wonderful apartment. Extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked .
Parking was easy and the location of the apartment was perfect for our needs.
Esther was attentive and a great hostess.
We would definitely stay here again if it is available.

I went Spokane to do some photography in the Palouse, and I couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was in a wonderful location, very close to the freeway, Esther was the perfect host. The Lofty Hill was, clean, cozy and very comfortable. I plan to return in the spring and I plan to stay at the Lofty Hill Loft again.
Thanks again Esther for providing such a lovely place to stay
Unfortunately I didn't get to use the hot tub because of feminine things that came up lol but the place was cozy and inexpensive! I loved that there was even hot sauce in the fridge for us to use since I forgot to bring some! There was a gas station a block away so it was easy to just walk over for snacks! My friend and I are such busy women that literally all we did was rest in the loft so we were glad that it was so cozy! I didn't get to meet the host but she was always available if we had questions and easily accommodated letting us in late when we arrived! Definitely recommend this loft over any hotel
Accommodating, hospitable, private, and clean. Esther is quick to respond to any and every request, and extremely nice. I was in between houses at the time, as I sold my house and was waiting to get into my new place, and I could not have stayed at a better place. Her flexibility made my life so much easier, and I am so grateful I ended up here. I highly recommend Lofty Hill Loft, because I can't imagine anywhere else better than this.
We absolutely loved staying in Esther's loft! We came to Spokane to attend an APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) Conference which was held in the conference center downtown. The loft was only 2 miles and short taxi cab ride away.
She was very easily accessible by phone/text before, during and after checkout. The loft has a pull out sofa and a queen size bed, fireplace, heater, your own entrance with a deck, full kitchen and even all the teas and coffee goodies you could need! There's even some pantry food available if you need it as well as toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap).
After our long and tiring days at the conference selling our goods we were able to relax and hang out. We really liked being able to cook our own food to help save money. There's a grocery store 15 min walk away, along with a deli and there's a gas station 5 min walk away.
There's even a washer and dryer available which we took advantage of. There's detergent, bleach and dryer sheets available. We were told the washer worked but the dryer didn't at the time so we would just need to let her know after we washed something so she could dry it. She came by and an hour later brought them back dry and folded! So nice ;)
There's also a pool and hot tub if you want to utilize. We visited in October so the pool is covered, but the spa was ready if we wanted to use it. We didn't get a chance to but could have!
Overall, great visit and the loft really helped make "working" a much more enjoyable trip! If I ever go back to Spokane I plan on staying there again!
Thanks for being a wonderful host, Esther!
Esther and the Lofty Hill Loft were great. Very nice spot and host. Highly recommended. =D
Esther was friendly and hospitable, the apartment was cute and functional and the bed was very comfortable! (We didn't use the hideabed.) My kids enjoyed the "attic" feeling and we used the TV and DVD to watch a spooky movie. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything from fresh eggs to boxed mac and cheese to good Trader Joe's coffee. Esther was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay again. Thanks!
Fantastic place to stay! Stocked with just about everything you can think of, and Esther was super accommodating. It's also in a great neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Spokane.
