We had a wonderful experience at Casa de Gracia. We were greeted upon our arrival by the local host, Carly. She was very friendly and helpful as she have us a lay of the land and tour of Lisa and Rick's cozy home. The home was well decorated, comfortable and well appointed. Some nice touches were basic kitchen supplies on-hand (basic condiments, sugar, etc), fresh bagels, cream cheese, fruit and OJ, coffee, cream and butter.
Also provided shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. Such a nice touch. It was a great location to rail yard and downtown. Easy walks. We loved the farmer's market, bike rides, hikes and a trip to Ten Thousand Waves Japanese Spa. The food in Santa Fe was fab.
Lisa was so great to work with and made our stay so comfortable and easy. Would highly recommend this AirB&B home.
Also I left an item and the caretaker located it and is mailing it back to me...so nice!
The home was beautiful and very inviting and comfortable. We had plenty of space to relax and especially enjoyed how sunny and warm the house felt. We loved walking to the Railyard for the farmers market and the plaza was a a short drive away, as was the ski basin. We will be back!!
We agreed with the other reviews-the photos don't capture how lovely this house is. We were two families with small children and we had plenty of space to spread out, plus the kitchen was fully furnished so we were able to prepare a few meals at home. The location is outstanding-walking distance to the Railyard, and the caretaker-Carly was so attentive. If we find ourselves in Santa Fe again we will absolutely stay here again!
Our 6-night stay at this lovely home was absolutely delightful! Everthing we needed to feel at home(except a TV) was provided, and helped to make the four of is feel right at home. I would highly recommended Casa de Gracia to anyone with a group of 4 or more, since there is ample room and privacy for everyone. The location is very convenient for walking to the Railyard District...a very cool and trendy section of downtown Santa Fe.
The home was nicer then described with very nicely appointed rooms and every amenity you are likely to find in your own home, except for a TV. Very bright and open with skylights in the kitchen, dining room and hall. Very clean andvVery good location: walking to the Rail Yard Farmers Market and bars as well as the State House. And don't miss the Kakawa Chocolate Factory nearby.
Myself and three older brothers each had our own bedrooms with two full baths to share. I would definetly recommend this home for anyone visiting Santa Fe.
Casa de Gracia was even more lovely in person than in photographs! Spacious, beautifully appointed, and perfect for our large group. We were able to walk to the downtown area without difficulty, and had everything we needed during our visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, making at home meals easy to prepare as well. A great place!
Casa de Garcia is lovely! The description is accurate and the instructions clear. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. The home exceeded our expectations in terms of how spacious it is and all the little extra touches that make it so clean, convenient, and attractive. The location was good for all of our activities. It is apparent that the home is well cared for and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider returning if we have the opportunity to return to Santa Fe.

Bienvenidos! We are so pleased to have you consider our home, Casa de Gracia, for your stay in Santa Fe!
My husband and I live much of the year in Castro Valley, in the east side of the San Francisco Bay Area. We've lived for 15 years in Santa Fe, until the year 2000. Our work as an early childhood educator and therapist keep us in California. Our family loves cooking great food, art, music, West African and Middle Eastern drumming and great new (and old) ideas of all kinds.
We truly enjoy meeting all kinds of people, as appreciation for diversity is central to what we do in our personal and professional lives. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, don't hesitate to contact us. When we aren't home, our friend Melissa serves as your most capable host in the City Different.
