The Space

This condo is equipped with a large window at the end of the living space overlooks the inter-coastal and the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful views of the sunset every evening. This location is convenient to any of the beaches along the peninsula, including Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Treasure Island, and more.

The space will comfortably fit 2 people for longer term stays since it is a one-bedroom. For shorter stays, 4 people can easily fit as well.

Interaction with Guests

I will not be present during your stay. I tend to interact as little as possible with guests. The keys can be retrieved and returned via a lock box which allows guest maximum flexibility during your arrival and departure. Feel free to contact me by phone or email if you have questions, concerns or any issues.

Getting Around

There are a few buses that run in the area. The best mode of transit for getting around is either a car, a scooter, or renting bicycles.

House Rules

1.) Please remember this is a non-smoking unit and a non-smoking building. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside the condo. The neighbors will complain to the condo association.

2.) Please, no pets are allowed in the condo or on the property. This is my rule (due to allergies and nice furniture) as well as the condo association's rule.

3.) Please keep the noise down after 11pm to be respectful of other older residents in the building. The man in 305 is cranky and complains easily.

4.) Please do not touch or move the telescope. This was left in my condo by my father and would be very expensive to replace if broken.

5.) Please do not leave trash or litter outside the door of the condo. This clutters the walkway and upsets the neighbors (which are owners).

6.) Please do not use the bikes in the condo. These are not for renter's use. They are my private bikes.

7.) Please be careful when opening and closing the large blinds in the living room. They are easy to break if you pull to hard or fast and expensive to repair. I just have had these replaced. ;)
