A quaint and convenient one bedroom apartment with gleaming hardwood floors throughout the space. The apartment's 900 square feet are split between a large bedroom that looks down into the park, a galley kitchen with all the amenities, and a big living room with three windows that look out onto the quiet and friendly Ordway Street Northwest. The bathroom also has an elevated view of the park (don't worry, we've got blinds).
Perhaps most importantly, this apartment is roughly fifty yards from the Cleveland Park Metro Station, on the ultra-useful red line. You won't be transferring much, or waiting long for trains. Case in point, I'm generally less than fifteen minutes away from DC's most popular metro stations, and that's timed from my front door. We also have a parking pass for the street right outside the apartment for if you're driving in.
As for occupancy, there may be just the one bedroom, but we've had no problem hosting friends while maintaining everyone's privacy due to multiple doors between the living room and our bedroom. The couches are comfy, and we've also got a great air mattress.
You'll love this apartment; a headache-free haven from frantic inauguration weekend, but still so close to all the action.
