The space
A newly renovated basement with own french door private entrance and patio with a gravel pathway that leads you from your car to the front step! You will have the entire suite to yourself. An open concept with a queen bed and pull out couch for you to sleep and a full kitchen and bathroom.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire basement guest suite. With your own private entrance you will not have to interact with the owners unless you wish to!

Other things to note
We are just over a 10 minute drive to both the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive, in the Shenandoah National Park, where there are stunning scenic views and a wide range of hikes (both in length and degree of difficulty)! Our road is along the Monticello wine tour where you can visit various vineyards for wine tastings. Remarkable breweries and cideries are also within a ten mile radius. We live near lakes, parks and historical sites. Cyclists enjoy endless choices of routes including quiet country roads, the Blue Ridge Parkway and/or Skyline Drive. Heading into Charlottesville you can visit UVA, Monticello or go downtown to explore amazing restaurants and shops.
