Modern, comfortable, relaxing home surrounded by beautiful garden. Super convenient location, within minutes to all major freeways, airport, link rail, bus lines, shopping mall, banks, and supermarkets.

The space
Beautiful fully furnished home with a incredible garden. Room has new and modern furniture, perfect spot if you are looking for a home away from home. The full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave along with fully stocked dishes, essential cook ware and utensils. We are in the center of everything, minutes away from the airport, link rail, bus stations, freeway, supermarkets, gas stations, shopping mall and even the library. Plenty of parking is available outside of my home on the side (not the street) that belongs to me. I am sorry, but the home currently is not family and kid friendly. The neighborhood is pretty safe, like anywhere else in the world; I still advise caution when walking along at night in the area.

Supermarkets are within walking distance range (approximately 1 1/2 blocks away). We are also within minutes to the link rail and bus stations, which can take you towards Downtown Seattle (approximately 30 minutes).

South Center mall being one of Seattle's largest mall, filled with many brand name clothing stores, restaurants, AMC movie theatre and much more is only 5 minutes by driving.

I am a medical research specialist. I have been working in the biotechnology field all my life.

Now, I am close to my retirement, I want to do something fun and relaxing. That is the reason why I chose to try out AirBnB.

I love my home and my garden. I bought this house 3 years ago, at that time, I do not know anything about gardening, I even don't know what is annual flowers, and what is premium. I started to learn how to garden from scratch. I designed all the flowers and trees arrangement by myself. I love roses, hydrangeas and all kinds of flowers. Ranging from different colors to blooming at different seasons. I also have fruit trees, pears, apples, grapes, plums, figs, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches and a variety of vegetables, lettuces, cucumbers, cilantros, carrots, beads, tomatoes and much more. I did all the work by myself with minimum help, from design, pick up fertilize and soil, dig holes to plant them, watering and taking care of all my flowers, fruits and trees. All the hard work get reward now. If you come at the right season, you can enjoy all of them. All my friends joked at me, I should sell tickets for people who want to visit my garden.

Besides my lovely garden, my house is also in a very convenient location, 3-5 minutes to everywhere, including the airport, one of the biggest shopping malls in the Seattle area and along with 4 major free ways, I-5, I -405, I- 99, I-518, walking distance to link-rail. You can take the link-rail directly to both the airport and downtown Seattle.

This is a big house, I have more than 3 rooms available now. All rooms with modern design, you will fell warm, relax, comfortable, more important, it is private, quiet,, ,... I am sure you will like it.

I like meeting new people, is fun to chat with you. For whatever reasons that brings you to Seattle, tourist, short term work, internship or others. You will feel welcomed here at my home and by this charming city.
