The space
Upon entering, you will go up a set of stairs to get to the main living area of this carriage house.

This small space packs a punch and offers all of the amenities of a larger home. Open living space for the dining, kitchen, and living areas. A queen sized bed is in the bedroom, and what was the large walk in closet has now been converted into a bunk room with a set of bunk beds.

Guest access
Guests have access of the entire living space of the carriage house. The garage space is occupied by the owner for vehicles and/or storage and owners may be coming and going from the garage at times.

Other things to note
You will need to climb a set of stairs to get to the main living area of this carriage house.
